Teaching Overview: A Pennsylvania lawsuit alleging that Barack

Obama is not a "natural-born citizen" of the U.S. took an unusual
twist recently, after a federally mandated deadline requiring Obama's
lawyers to produce a "vault" copy of his birth certificate expired with
no response from Obama or his lawyers. The lawsuit, filed by former
Dr. Scott Johnson Pennsylvania Deputy Attorney General Philip J. Berg alleges that
Barack Obama was born in at The Coast Provincial General Hospital
at Mombasa in Kenya at 7.24 PM on August 4th 1961 (Just like his
own Grandmother has already confirmed) and is thus “ineligible” to
run for president of the United States. By failing to respond to the
Request for Admissions and Request for the Production of
Documents within 30 days, Obama has “admitted” that he was born
in Kenya, Berg stated this week in new court filings by violating the
Federal Rules of Civil Procedures. Instead of responding (because
they are above the law), lawyers for Obama and the DNC asked the
court to dismiss the case; & Judge R. Barclay Surrick did just that
10/25/08 and never even addressed the birth certificate issue. Berg
plans to appeal his case to the Third Circuit Court of Appeals and
then to the United States Supreme Court if necessary. Obama is
without a doubt the most dangerous presidential candidate ever to

Democratic Primaries; former Chair of the Democratic Party in Montgomery County; former

Berg continued:

Eighteen million Democratic Primary voters donated money, volunteered their time and energy,
worked very hard and then not only supported Senator Clinton, but voted for her and often
recruited other supporters as well. All the efforts of supporters of legitimate citizens were for
nothing because this man lied and cheated his way into a fraudulent candidacy and cheated
legitimately eligible natural born citizens from competing in a fair process and the supporters of
their citizen choice for the nomination.

Voters donated money, goods and services to elect a nominee and were defrauded by Senator
Obama's lies and obfuscations. He clearly shows a conscience of guilt by his actions in using
the forged birth certificate and the lies he's told to cover his loss of citizenship. We believe he
does know, supported this belief by his actions in hiding his secret, in that he failed to regain his
citizenship and used documents to further his position as a natural born citizen. We would also
show he proclaims himself a Constitutional scholar and lecturer, but did not learn he had no
eligibility to become President except by means of lying, obfuscations and deceptions. His very
acts proves he knew he was no longer a natural born citizen. We believe he knew he was
defrauding the country or else why use the forged birth certificate of his half sister?

Americans lost money, goods and services donated in their support of a candidate who
supposedly was a natural born citizen simply because the DNC officers and party leaders
looked the other way and did not demand credentials to answer the questions and prove
whether or not Senator Obama was a legitimately natural born citizen, even in light of recent
information that has surfaced on websites on the Internet suggesting Senator Obama may not
be eligible to become President and questioning his status of multiple citizenships and
questionable loyalties! If the DNC officers and.or leaders had performed one ounce of due
diligence we would not find ourselves in this emergency predicament, one week away from
making a person the nominee who has lost their citizenship as a child and failed to even
perform the basic steps of regaining citizenship through an oath of allegiance at age eighteen
[18] as prescribed by Constitutional laws!
The injunctrive relief must be granted because failing to do so, this inaction defrauds everyone
who voted in the Democratic Primary for a nominee that is a fair representation of the voters.
Failure to grant injunctive relief would allow a corrupted, fraudulent nomination process to
continue. It not only allows, but promotes an overwhelming degree of disrespect and creates
such a lack of confidence in voters of the primary process itself, so that it would cement a
prevailing belief that no potential candidate has to obey the laws of this country, respect our
election process, follow the Constitution, or even suffer any consequence for lying and
defrauding voters to get onto the ballot when they have no chance of serving if they fraudulently
manage to get elected! It is unfair to the country for candidates of either party to become the
nominee when there is any question of their ability to serve if elected.

In a second lawsuit challenging Barack Obama's "natural born" citizenship, a
Washington resident is demanding officials review original or certified birth documents
for the Democratic Party presidential candidate.
Steven Marquis of Fall City, Wash., filed suit Oct. 9 in Washington State Superior Court,
calling for Secretary of State

Sam Reed to determine whether Obama

is a citizen before Election Day. Marquis released a statement saying the state has the
authority to "prevent the wholesale disenfranchisement of voters" who might have
otherwise had the opportunity to choose a qualified candidate should records show
Obama is not a natural-born U.S. citizen.
"At this point, Mr. Obama has not allowed independent or official access to his birth
records nor supporting hospital records," Marquis wrote. "The Hawaii Health
Department has violated Federal law by ignoring formal Freedom of Information
requests for the same."
Marquis referenced prominent Pennsylvania Democrat and attorney Philip J. Berg's
lawsuit in U.S. District Court against Sen. Barack Obama and the Democratic National
Committee for proof of Obama's American citizenship.

"Mr. Obama failed to respond to the District Court's request to produce or allow access
to the official documents (should they exist) and instead filed a motion to dismiss
arguing the Plaintiff had no 'standing' or right to know," he said. "This non-response as
of 9/24/2008 in Federal court casts doubt on the veracity of the electoral system and is
the principal reason for this lawsuit."
Marquis said his late entry of the lawsuit is due to Obama's "delay and subsequent non
response to reasonable request for valid certificates."
He indicated that his requests for certification of the birth documents were rejected by
Washington's Office of the Secretary of State. Marquis requested an injunction to force
the office to confirm Obama's U.S. citizenship or remove his name from Washington
ballots. He said the agency is "specifically charged with certifying and guaranteeing the
veracity of official documents and overseeing the elections to wit the people's
confidence in the fundamental aspect of democracy is maintained."
However, Marquis continued, "To date, in this regard, Secretary of State Sam Reed has
not carried out that fundamental duty."

WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. – Democratic presidential candidate Barack Obama is

canceling nearly all his campaign events Thursday and Friday to visit his suddenly
gravely ill 85-year-old grandmother in Hawaii, a spokesman said.
Robert Gibbs told reporters aboard Obama's plane that Madelyn Payne Dunham, who
helped raise Obama, was released from the hospital late last week. But he said her
health had deteriorated "to the point where her situation is very serious."
Events originally planned for Madison, Wis., and Des Moines, Iowa, on Thursday will be
replaced by one in Indianapolis before he makes the long flight to Hawaii. On Friday,
Obama's wife, Michelle, will sub for Obama at rallies in Akron and Columbus, in Ohio,
said campaign spokeswoman Jen Psaki. Obama was expected to resume campaigning
on Saturday, at an undecided location in the West, she said.
"Sen. Obama's grandmother, Madelyn Dunham, has always been one of the most
important people in his life, along with his mother and his grandfather," Gibbs said.
"Recently his grandmother has become ill and in the last few weeks her health has
deteriorated to the point where her situation is very serious. It is for that reason that
Sen. Obama has decided to change his schedule on Thursday and Friday so that he
can see her and spend some time with her."
Citing the family's desire for privacy, Gibbs would not discuss the nature of Dunham's
illness. It seemed likely that she was close to death, as Gibbs said that "everyone
understands the decision that Sen. Obama is making." Dunham turns 86 on Sunday.
It could be a momentous one in his bid for the White House against Republican John
McCain, with Election Day just two weeks away on Nov. 4.
In a campaign ad this year, Obama described his Dunham as the daughter of a Midwest
oil company clerk who "taught me values straight from the Kansas heartland" — things
like "accountability and self-reliance. Love of country. Working hard without making
excuses. Treating your neighbor as you'd like to be treated."
She's also the "white grandmother" he referred to in a speech on race.
Obama recognized Dunham when he accepted the Democratic presidential nomination
at the party's convention in Denver.
"She's the one who taught me about hard work. She's the one who put off buying a new
car or a new dress for herself so that I could have a better life. She poured everything
she had into me. And although she can no longer travel, I know that she's watching
tonight, and that tonight is her night as well," he said.
Obama last visited Hawaii in August for a week's vacation after he had clinched the
nomination.

The man suing Sen. Barack Obama and the

Democratic National Committee for proof of
Obama's American citizenship is outraged that his
own party – rather than just providing the birth
certificate he seeks – would step in to silence him
by filing a motion to dismiss his lawsuit.

As WND reported, prominent Pennsylvania

Democrat and attorney Philip J. Berg filed suit in
U.S. District Court two months ago claiming
Obama is not a natural-born U.S. citizen and
therefore not eligible to be elected president. Berg
has since challenged Obama publicly that if the
candidate will simply produce authorized proof of
citizenship, he'll drop the suit.

Berg told WND the longer the DNC tries to ignore Philip J. Berg

his lawsuit or make it go away – instead of just

providing the documents – the more convinced he is that his accusations are correct.
Despite assertions by the Washington Post, FactChecker.org and other organizations
that Obama has produced a certified Hawaiian birth certificate, Berg told WND he
remains "99.99 percent sure" that the certificate is a fake and he wants a court, not a
website, to determine its validity.

Earlier last week, lawyers for Obama and the DNC filed a joint motion to dismiss Berg's
lawsuit. The fact that the DNC joined in the dismissal request has Berg fuming,
believing his party's leaders have ignored his pleas for proof in order to favor their
chosen candidate over a rank-and-file constituent.

"I think it's outrageous," Berg said. "The Democratic National Committee should be
ensuring the Democratic Party and the public that they have a qualified candidate up
there. To file a joint motion is like they're in cahoots.

"Since then, I have asked by way of press release that Howard Dean resign, because
(the DNC members) are not fulfilling their duties," Berg said.

"The DNC has a responsibility to all Democrats in this country to make sure that all of
their candidates are properly vetted and properly qualified," Berg added. "I think it's
really an outrage to the 18-plus million people who voted for Obama and the people
who donated more than $425 million to him under false pretenses."

Berg is frustrated, not only with his own party's leadership for allegedly not investigating
Obama's background, but also with the major news outlets for failing as well.

"I should also be suing the national media and their disgrace for not properly vetting,
inspecting or checking on Barack Obama.

"Look what they're doing to Governor Palin: They're opening up her closet doors, they're
going through everything personal, but no one has ever gone after Obama. It doesn't
make sense," Berg said.

Obama's website counters Berg's claims with links to articles that affirm the validity of
his citizenship and an image of a Hawaiian birth certificate for Barack Hussein Obama,
born in Honolulu, Aug. 4, 1961. The webpage is part of the Obama campaign website's
"Fight the Smears" section, an effort to prevent reports that Obama claims are false
from disseminating as damaging rumors.

Berg acknowledges that as long as his lawsuit remains outstanding, the public will talk,
and he told WND he wants Obama to quickly prove him wrong or the court to quickly
prove him right.
"I've been on about 50 radio shows around the country," Berg said, "and on every one
I've put out a challenge: Barack Obama, if I'm wrong, just come forth with certified
copies of these documents and I'll close down the case."

Berg told WND, "I've had 19 million hits on my website. …Those people talk to other
people, now we're up to 20, 30, 40 million people who are aware of this controversy,
and it's going to drastically affect the entire election."

When asked what he would do if the DNC succeeded in getting his case dismissed,
Berg said he would "immediately file an appeal to the Third Circuit Court of Appeals,
and if we don't get a fair ruling there, immediately to the U.S. Supreme Court."

"We're dealing with the U.S. Constitution and it must be followed," Berg explained. "I
want the Constitution enforced; that's my main reason for doing this.

"The real outrage is that there's nothing in our system that provides that a candidate
must provide that his qualifications are true and correct before he or she runs, and that
safeguard should be put into our system by law," Berg said.

For decades, exit polls have been used in democracies around the world to predict with a high degree of accuracy
the outcomes of important elections. Exit polls are much more precise than pre-election polling in successfully
predicting the outcome of elections. This is because they are surveying voters immediately after they have cast their
ballots, rather than asking potential voters before an election who they might support.

However, the 2004 presidential race had unprecedented variations between exit poll results and the “reported” vote in
almost all battleground states, as well as in other, less contested states. “We’ve relied on the exit polls for many
elections now; they have a history of at least 40 years,” contends Jonathan Simon, Co-founder of the Election
Defense Alliance. “In 2004, we saw something very different. The discrepancy between the exit polls and the
‘reported’ vote counts was off the charts. And this was a new phenomenon.”

The 2004 exit poll, commissioned by six major news organizations, showed that John Kerry won the popular vote with
about 51% of the vote. The final tally of the voting machines showed George W. Bush with about 51% of the votes. In
10 out of 11 battleground states, the reported vote results differed significantly from what people told exit poll
interviewers. The differences ranged from 1.6% in Michigan to 9.4% in New Hampshire. In every case, the difference
favored George W. Bush. “Statistics can tell you what the chances are ... that you’d be that far off,” said Dr. Bruce
O’Dell, a data analyst with the Election Defense Alliance. “It’s between astronomically impossible and ludicrously
impossible. So it just didn’t happen by chance.”

Professor Steven Freeman, a statistician at the University of Pennsylvania, did an in-depth study of the 2004 exit

Obama actually says on this video tape.

Remember that Obama's Foreign Policy adviser is Zbigniew Brzezinski, who advised President
Jimmy Carter during his four years (1976-1980). One of
Carter's major point of emphasis was to gut the Defense Appropriations for his four years. The
result was an Air Force which could not sustain a heavy flying schedule, a Navy which was
moribund, and an Army ill-equipped to fight sustained battles anywhere. A common thread
running throughout all the Armed Forces branches was that spending for spare parts was so
inadequate that the vast majority of military units were not up to combat status in preparedness.

During the 1980 campaign, Ronald Reagan made this disaster an integral part of his campaign,
and drew the fervent support of millions of concerned Conservative voters. As President,
Reagan lived up to his promise to completely restore the Armed Forces to combat readiness.
However, what Americans did not realize until the First Gulf War, 1991, was that Reagan had
built a brand new Armed Forces heavily armed with Depleted Uranium Munitions -- all branches
received this new D.U. weaponry! The new Armed Forces did not have to wait long to test their
new weaponry, because Saddam Hussein invaded Kuwait in August, 1990, and the American
military response began in January, 1991. The Pentagon never likes to wait too long after
receiving a major new weapons system to try it out.

In hindsight, Reagan could not have built his brand spanking new Depleted Uranium forces if
Jimmy Carter had not depleted the existing American Armed Forces so completely. Because
both Carter and Reagan are equally committed to the New World Order, and really are following
the same script, you have to realize that Carter's severe drawdown of American forces was
required by the Illuminati script so that Reagan could act like a hero in creating the new Armed

If Senator Obama ascends to the White House, he will be far more Liberal and to the Left than

Birth Abortion. Not only is Obama completely supportive of Abortion Upon Demand during all

latest three-day tracking poll, up from an 8-point advantage for Obama on Tuesday."

"It was the third consecutive day Obama gained ground on McCain as the two begin the final
sprint to the November 4 election. 'Obama just keeps growing, he has expanded his lead
among almost every major voting group', said pollster John Zogby. 'McCain seems to be out of
steam for the moment'."

Indeed, McCain seems to be following the plan for deliberate defeat which Senator Bob Dole
followed in 1996 in his race against President Bill Clinton. McCain's campaign seems dull and
lifeless; only Governor Palin is providing any spark!

"Obama made gains with two key swing voting blocs. His advantage with independent voters
grew to a whopping 27 points from 15 points and his edge with women voters grew to 16 points
from 13. Obama, an Illinois senator, led among all age groups and in every income group
except for the most wealthy voters. He now has the support of 21 percent of self-described
conservatives -- his best showing with those voters."

Since we know that the election is predetermined, all the polls show is what the political pundits
want us citizens to believe. Polls are manufactured to help spin the story which the
propagandists have drawn up. Remember, the skill of the propagandist lies in his ability to make
scripted events appear to unfold naturally, chaotically, and accidentally.

Both the Obama and the McCain camps have hinted that a terrible crisis will erupt within the first
six months of the 44th President's term!

"Opening an avenue for the McCain campaign to push its candidate's strengths, Joe Biden says
an Obama administration would face an international challenge in its first six months ... 'Mark
my words. It will not be six months before the world tests Barack Obama like they did John
Kennedy. The world is looking', Biden said.

" 'Remember I said it standing here. if you don't remember anything else I said. Watch, we're
gonna have an international crisis, a generated crisis, to test the mettle of this guy. And he's
gonna have to make some really tough -- I don't know what the decision's gonna be, but I
promise you it will occur'."

I can also guarantee that, if a "generated crisis" will occur, it will be generated by the Illuminati
because that is their plan. If the Illuminati does not plan for a crisis this early in the new
President's term, then this statement by Senator Biden will be just another "Rumors of War".

Not to be outdone, Senator McCain also hinted at a major crisis early in the next Administration.

abroad in this dangerous world', McCain returned to the attack line that Obama has poor
judgment and is not ready to lead the United States."

"The next president 'won't have time to get used to the office', the Republican said at a rally on
Tuesday."

The idea that Obama is untested is one that has resonated strongly throughout this entire
Presidential campaign, and if the election results were not fixed, American voters by the tens of
millions would vote against him for this reason alone. But, of course, the election is fixed and the
Illuminati will get their man into the Oval Office.

We believe that this public rhetoric is just "Rumors of Wars", for the following reasons:

1) The Bible speaks of cooperation amongst the final ten kings of the earth at the End of the
Age.

"For God has put it into their hearts to carry out His own purpose by acting in harmony in

into the hearts of the final ten kings to cooperate -- act in harmony -- to carry out a course of

Colin Powell even mentioned January 21 or 22, 2009, as possible dates of a major crisis, in the
remarks he made when he supported Obama for President.

Since the plan to establish the final ten kings of the earth is well known now -- NEWS1002 --

the Illuminati Plan to see if they plan a massive crisis in the first six months of the administration
of the 44th President!

What is the plan of the Illuminati to produce Antichrist, and are there any hints as to the timing of
the next big crisis?

In full accord with Matthew 24:6-8, the Illuminati plans to stage their Antichrist through a World
War III, and this war will be comprised of the following elements:

1. Middle East -- Islamic nations surrounding Israel are designed to be the trigger to start a
Middle East conflagration, but Israel will be the major combatant. United States' forces could

are fully involved in the Middle East, giving and taking fire, North Korea is to pour over the DMZ
using Weapons of Mass Destruction. Since the United States is committed by treaty to quickly
reinforce with 690,000 troops, we will immediately begin to rush military forces to the Korean
Peninsula. At that moment, North Korea will threaten to use nuclear missiles against our cities.
Since Americans believe we cannot stop even one missile -- that we are totally open to missile

If people would only understand that American have a missile defense in HAARP that will totally

capability is totally dependent upon that huge array of HAARP antennas in Alaska, how
susceptible is this array to enemy commando troops raiding it to take it out? If HAARP is
disabled, then any missile can come in, and we have ourselves a true emergency.
3. Taiwan -- After the U.S. is thoroughly engaged in both the Middle East and on the Korean
Peninsula, China is to invade Taiwan, taking her back. In June, 1999, I was invited to attend the
U.S. Naval War College's Annual Strategy Conference at Newport, Rhode Island. My verbatim
notes from this most important conference are in the Cutting Edge "Directory of All Articles",
NEWS1292 through NEWS1304.

All along the time frame in which it takes to unfold these three wars, terrorist attacks are
planned in major cities of all the developed nations in which the citizenry is still electing their
leaders. Current leaders in all these nations will use the terrorist attacks as the excuse to
dissolve the current government and impose Martial Law. These terror attacks will occur only
after World War III has begun.

Therefore, there is no question but that a next wave of terror attacks is planned. The only
question is the timing. To answer that question, we have to understand one more detail: the
short duration of this planned World War III. Since the Illuminati will plan their events around
their sacred numbers, World War III is planned to be 13 weeks long (13 is the number denoting

What kind of crisis could possibly erupt so quickly in the term of the next President?

A terror attack seems to be the event at which both campaign camps seem to be pointing us.

This first story is most certainly a CIA plant, given the location of the "discovery", plus the fact
that this story uses bin Laden as the source,a man who is probably dead now! But, it is
important many times to know what the propagandist wants us to believe.

"LONDON -- Documents recovered from a remote area along the Pakistan border have
revealed that Osama bin Laden wants al-Qaida to launch a 'global fireball' by lighting forest fires
in Europe, the United States, Australia and South America ... The documents, uncovered during
an operation led by the British intelligence service MI6, have been described by experts in that
agency as 'the most worrying [plot] that the world is facing'."

While this supposed document correctly identifies the wide area planned for the next terror
attack -- the United States, Australia and South America -- its origins are suspicious. In the past,
when the CIA or some other Western intelligence service created a bogus news story, they
reported that it was found either in a captured laptop computer or in a remote area in
Afghanistan or some other Middle Eastern country into which President Bush has extended his
"war on terror".

This story reports that the documents were discovered in " a remote area along the Pakistan
border". This location is very typical of a planted intelligence document.

Even the Homeland Security Chief got in on the act!

I find it highly interesting that Chertoff mentioned the six month timeframe also!

It is possible that the next terror attack will occur within the first six months of the next President,

From the Middle East, last night, I picked up this news item:

From Iran, there was an underlying message for Barack Obama that if elected, he would be expected to
acknowledge the Islamic republic's standing as a regional power. (And, as sure as my name is Vineyard, I
fully expect The Mohammedan, if elected as our President, to acknowledge any and everything the other
Mohammedans want him to!!!!)

Yedidim of Israel is a collaboration of over 7,600 independent Baptist churches in America.

Iran then claims: "We will have captured the White House as well!"

Larijani was not the first Iranian leader to endorse the Democratic senator.

That comes out of a story headlined: How about a Dry Run for a Floating Dirty Bomb?

American and Israeli intelligence experts attach little credence to Tehran's assertions that Iran will not
strike first against Israel but only retaliate "painfully and destructively" for an Israeli attack on its nuclear
installations.
Indeed, according to Middle East military sources, strategists in Washington and Jerusalem warn Israel to
brace itself for a pre-emptive Iranian attack in 2009, by which time the Islamic republic is expected to
have built one or more nuclear bombs.

The sources have gone so far as to examine a list of potential delivery vehicles, ranging from ballistic
missiles and nuclear-armed bombers to a commercial jet or cargo vessel - or even a submarine striking
from mid-sea opposite Israel's Mediterranean coastal cities.

Israel's misgivings were strengthened by a confidential briefing given in London two weeks ago by Seyed
Yahya Rahim Safavi, senior adviser to Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei - and leaked to the
media this week.

He disclosed that senior officials in Tehran recommend a pre-emptive strike to forestall an Israeli attack
on Iran's nuclear installations.

Israeli officials have treated the leak as deliberately aimed at putting Jerusalem on notice that an Iranian
war initiative was in the offing unless Israel followed Washington's example and took its military option off
the table.

Tehran may play safe with unconventional means of war

Middle East military sources report that Iranian planning appears to have gone as far as ruling out military
measures in favor of unconventional weapons that would save the Iranian war machine from being struck
down by superior Israeli military capabilities, such as its ability to shoot down ballistic missiles before they
penetrate Israeli airspace – particularly since the US FBX-T radar was installed in the Negev last month.

They also accept that intruding Iranian bombers would be no match for Israeli Air force warplanes'
superior speed, technology, equipment, and armaments.

So instead of frittering away its meager missile and air force resources, Tehran will probably bank on the
element of surprise, according to US and Israeli intelligence analysts. They have found signs that one
option considered by Iranian war planners is to load a bomb or nuclear device aboard a regular
commercial flight from Tehran to Rome, Paris, or Zurich. It would be dropped over the Mediterranean and
detonated under water. Israeli experts calculate the blast would trigger a sea surge that would swamp
large sections of greater Tel Aviv and neighboring coastal towns with polluted flood water.

A similar effect might be achieved by detonating a cargo vessel with a nuclear device in its hold opposite
Tel Aviv. The ship would reach the Mediterranean through the Suez Canal.

In either case, the loss of life would be colossal, estimated at between 100,000 and a million fatalities, at
no military cost to Iran, although Israel's neighbors might also pay a price.

US, Israel invest in early spotting of radiation emissions!

America and Israel are therefore investing heavily in a crash program to develop long-range tracking
facilities for early warning of radiation emissions from air or sea craft in motion in the air or on the waters
of the Persian Gulf, Red Sea, and Mediterranean.

Middle East Sources report that this effort was redoubled after the bizarre episode of the Iranian freighter
MV Iran Deyant.

The ship was hijacked on August 21 and released by an Iranian delegation, which secretly landed in
Somalia two weeks ago and ransomed the vessel for a huge sum.
The Somali pirates who hijacked the MV Iran Deyant as it passed the Horn of Africa en route for the Suez
Canal little dreamed that many of them would find their tomb in the 44,458 weight bulk freighter.

The gang of 40 pirates, armed to the teeth with Kalashnikov automatic rifles and RPGs, seized the vessel
by their standard MO of blocking its path with speedboats and swarming aboard.

The captain put up no resistance. After dropping anchor at Eyl, a fishing village in northeastern Somalia,
the hijackers ransacked the ship to examine their prize. They discovered that the MV Iran Deyant
belonged to the state-owned Iranian Shipping Lines, which ferries cargoes past UN proliferation
regulations with the help of fake shipping documents that hide the cargo's end-users and its nature.

The story further states that the pirates succumbed to radiation from Iranian cargo!

The hold held seven locked containers. When the crew denied having codes to open them, the hijackers
smashed one and found it held packets of a substance that looked like "powdery fine sandy soil."

Three days later, the hijackers who had touched the opened packet developed serious skin burns and
loss of hair. Two weeks later, 16 were dead.

The cause of their symptoms was efficiently spirited away by the Iranian delegation.

But their description was enough for WMD experts to hypothesize that the vessel was an enormous
"floating dirty bomb."

It was heading for the Mediterranean and may have been rigged to detonate in proximity to Israel's
coastal cities after the crew had abandoned ship and taken to life boats.

An easterly wind would have driven the deadly radioactive cloud thrown up by the explosion ashore.

Chemical experts have judged the description of the pirates' symptoms as consistent with exposure to
radiation.

The high exposure won by the seizure of the Ukrainian weapons vessel MV Fiana by Somali pirates
obscured the episode of the Iranian nuclear ship; it aroused no comment, even in Israel.

Israeli military sources consulted were cautious: They found some exaggeration in the way the Iranian
ship's cargo and the pirates' symptoms were described and diagnosed.

However, most reliable informants have stated that experts in Washington and Jerusalem do not rule out
the possibility that the MV Iran Deyant was conducting a dry run for a possible attack on Israel.

Nothing would have come out had the ship not run foul of pirates!

After careful calculation, Tehran intervened publicly in the US Presidential race Wednesday, October 22,
thirteen days before polling.

Iran's speaker of parliament, Ali Larijani, a powerful conservative voice, went on record as stating that
Tehran would prefer the Democratic presidential candidate Barack Obama in the White House next year.
[And all the other Mohammedans in all other Sharia countries would greatly prefer THE MOHAMMEDAN
as our president, instead of our former POW.]
"We lean more in his favor because he is more flexible and rational," said the Iranian official, "even
though we know American policy will not change that much."

Talking to the press during a visit to Manama, Bahrain, Larijani added: "This risk [of a US attack on Iran]
was low before. But now I am 100 percent certain that the United States will not unleash a war against
Iran. The economic crisis has cost the United States 1,400 billion dollars and Washington is working to
resolve its internal problems and not a war."

The article states that Iranian sources confirm that the Iranian parliamentarian would not have publicly
endorsed the Democratic candidate without the highest possible authority from Tehran.

The former nuclear negotiator, seasoned in talks with Western diplomats, quite deliberately chose the
venue for his statement. Bahrain is one of America's closest allies in the Persian Gulf region and location
of US Fifth Fleet headquarters.

The underlying message for Barack Obama was that if elected, he would be expected to acknowledge
the Islamic republic's standing as a regional power.

"We will have captured the White House as well!"

Larijani was not the first Iranian leader to endorse the Democratic senator.

Last May, President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad said that Obama's election as president would be "a positive
development for Tehran." He added that he did not believe the senator would be allowed to win.

A senior cleric close to the Iranian president followed his remarks by saying: "If Obama is elected and the
talks with Ahmadinejad come about, then we will have captured the White House as well."

Since then, Iran's rulers have assiduously followed the campaigns of the two candidates, Obama and his
Republican rival Senator John McCain, carefully assessing their chances.

Wednesday, they placed their bet.

For Tehran, Obama's main appeal lies in his acclaimed readiness to talk to Iran's leaders.

Although the Democratic candidate qualified this by saying, "Interlocutors should set a date to stop
bidding unless Iran clarifies that there are conditions under which it would suspend uranium enrichment."

On May 23, 2008, DNW 250 offered "A Projected Scenario for [Obama's] Engagement with Ahmadinejad:

Long experience has taught Middle East Iran experts that Tehran's Islamist rulers are no ping-pong
players.

They have a built-in penchant for procrastination and interminable bargaining.

They relish every twist and turn that gives them points against their opposite numbers and, above all,
staves off a clear-cut outcome.

For the Iranians, diplomacy is a happy occasion for bazaar-style haggling, rather than a tool for solving
problems and reaching understandings.
More than once, European diplomats have tried their hand at direct engagement with Iran on its nuclear
program; after each round, they raised their hands in defeat.

They found themselves caught up in round after round of aimless palaver, while the Iranians took
advantage of the idle talk to pursue the very nuclear, strategic, and military goals which the talks were
meant to abort.

No Americans need apply, only the president!

For now, Tehran is excluding any American interlocutors except for the next president - preferably Barack
Obama.

Until then, the Iranians are blocking all gestures of friendship from American sources and efforts to thaw
the contentiousness governing relations.

Earlier this year, President George W. Bush's Secretary of State, Condoleezza Rice, offered to set up a
quasi-diplomatic presence in Tehran. She was snubbed.

On October 4, the American Iranian Council (AIC) announced it had been granted US government
permission to open an office in Tehran as the only US-based non-government organization focusing on
peace and security issues to operate in Iran.

Its purpose would be to promote governmental, NGO and person-to-person contacts between the US and
Iran.

This week former Democratic Senator (D-Louisiana) Bennet Johnston, current head of a Washington
publications relations company, appealed to his former colleagues for donations of $50 each to help the
AIC get started.

But on October 21, the project was killed before it was born by Tehran:

Interior Minister Ali Kordan, made this contemptuous statement to reporters: "The Interior Ministry will
never issue permission for the American Iranian Council office to open in Tehran. It is the ministry which
should make decisions on any request by countries. But no request has been submitted to the ministry to
date."

This announcement took the AIC and its backers in Washington by surprise.

They view themselves as an informal pro-Iranian lobby in the US capital.

They campaigned hard against the Bush Administration's advocacy of penalties and sanctions for Iran's
refusal to given up uranium enrichment and fought against any thought of a US military strike against the
Islamic republic's nuclear reactors.

Now, the American Iranian Council finds itself shut out of Tehran and told in effect, like all Americans,
however sympathetic: Don't call us, we'll call you.

And Preachers, you and I have all day today, Friday, plus seven more days in October, and then three
days in November to do what we are going to do in an effort to effect this election.

If The Mohammedan gets elected President of the USA, then, in addition to the statement above,
"We will have captured the White House as well," you and I have to worry about the following:

1. Supreme Court Appointments

They will all be Pro-Abortion;

They will all be anti 2nd Amendment;

They will all be against our "Freedom of Speech," running so hard against it, that sooner rather than later,
we will be facing THOUGHT POLICE in America.

2. The Mohammedan will be cowed by the tough times financially, either he, or McCain will face, and will
turn more and more to His Socialist Ideas.

gay, bisexual and transgendered." You can listen to Jennings lay out the rights-oriented rhetoric in two interviews with Joe Solmonese of the
Human Rights Campaign, on the website "LGBT for Obama."

Their conversation, reviewing Jennings' record, dwells on preventing bullying of "gay" kids. Jennings constructed this Trojan horse for access
to schools despite the ability of every community to punish school bullying without accommodating the "gay" agenda. This smokescreen
hides the pornographic reality of GLSEN's "support" for kids under Jennings' leadership.

Remember the book "Queering Elementary Education," with the gushing blurb on the back from Obama's radical "social justice" colleague
Bill Ayers? Well, the same book has a foreword written by Jennings. In researching GLSEN over the years, I've found horrific elements of
what can only be called child sexual corruption. The more closely one reads the GLSEN material, the worse it gets.

Just about every type of sexual practice imaginable is apparently acceptable and even worthy of "celebration" by any age student or teacher
as far as GLSEN is concerned. GLSEN also supports gender-distortion through cross-dressing, even for elementary school children.

Is this the kind of "school reform" Obama has in mind?

Some of GLSEN's recommended reading material implicitly condones criminal sexual contact between adults with minors. Many such
incidents are described in erotic and nostalgic passages. I've yet to see "warnings" about the episodes in these books, which surely mislead
thousands of vulnerable kids. I wrote in detail about what I will share below in 2002, yet the books in question, and many more just as
objectionable, are still offered by GLSEN for sale on its site.

The problem starts with Jennings' own writings in books like "One Teacher In 10." Jennings' dream world is one where openly "gay" teachers
serve as role models who influence students' sexual conduct. In the first edition of this book, Jennings, a former teacher, relates his
encounter with a homosexually inclined male student:

Toward the end of my first year, during the spring of 1988, Brewster appeared in my office in the tow of one of my advisees ... to whom I had
been "out" for a long time. "Brewster has something he needs to talk with you about," she intoned ominously. ... On a hunch, I suddenly
asked, "What's his name?" Brewster's eyes widened briefly, and then out spilled a story about his involvement with an older man he
had met in Boston. I listened, sympathized, offered advice. He left my office with a smile on his face. ... ("One Teacher in 10: Gay and
Lesbian Educators tell their Stories," Alyson Publications, 1994.)

What did Jennings recommend to Brewster that brought a smile to his face? It sounds like he affirmed this teen/adult homosexual
relationship, instead of contacting the boy's parents or the authorities. Is this just the kind of wisdom we hope Obama consultants use
in formulating education policy? Child predators as implementers of "social justice," perhaps?

The book "Growing Up Gay/Growing Up Lesbian," recommended on the GLSEN website for kids in grades seven to 12, describes two 10-
year-old boys in a very graphic sexual encounter (pp.99-100). In the same book, an adult man named Eliot reflects on his youth:
My first experience was with a much older man, a friend of Derek's [his father]. ... When I was 15, he must have been 29, 30 ... I seduced
him. ... It was a wild night. We did everything.

This is the dearest fantasy of pedophiles and pederasts – the pretense that the youth seduces them.
Another GLSEN recommended book, "Rainbow Boys," features an episode of homosexual sex between one of the main characters, a 17-
year-old boy, and a 29-year-old man he has just met via the Internet ( p. 148). Again, a great influence for kids.

Fluid sexual activity and homosexual experimentation is another common theme in GLSEN-recommended books. "My sexuality is as fluid,
infinite, undefinable, and ever-changing as the north-flowing river. ... Sexuality is not black or white ... it is gray. ... I know that defining myself
is not so simple. ..." writes a 16-year-old in "Revolutionary Voices : A Multicultural Queer Youth Anthology" (p.167).

Another girl writes in the same book: "I am a 15-year-old dyke artist and activist. I've got flaming pink hair and a passion for genderf–k in
both directions" (p. 28).

I could go on and on, unfortunately. The GLSEN "Book Link" introduction states that the selections are recommended to "... empower our
mission to ensure safe schools for all LGBT students."

So finally, then, this is what is meant by "safe schools": lots of weird, early sex by kids, some of it with adults.

Obama needs to remove Kevin Jennings immediately from this position. And voters need some answers to the following questions:

• Does Obama believe children are "born gay" and should be able to declare this identity in grade school and join a "gay" club?
Kevin Jennings does.

• Does Obama believe consensual relationships between 15-year-olds and 29-nine-year-olds are OK? Jennings thinks so. (Some
think Planned Parenthood does, too – another question for Obama.)

• Does Obama believe a "safe" school is one where no one can criticize homosexual behavior? Jennings does.

• Does Obama believe that, with the CDC reporting HIV rates rising around 12 percent per year for 13 to 24-year-old males who
have sex with males (MSM), we still cannot tell our boys to abstain from homosexual behavior? Will he appoint clueless federal
health officials? Kevin Jennings would approve.

• Does Obama believe kids can decide at age 9 or 10 that they were born in the wrong body, want to switch genders and have
schools support this disorder? Jennings does.

• Does Obama believe the Christian moral standard that homosexuality is wrong needs to be suppressed and depicted as "hateful"
in the public square, including schools? Jennings does.

• Does Obama believe that if same-sex "marriage" is legalized, this new "law" should be shoved down the throats of all
children and their parents via social engineering in public schools? Jennings does.

• Does Obama believe that "social justice" and "school reform" require students to not just tolerate, but approve of homosexuality
and gender change? That the "yuck" factor simply will not be allowed, because it reflects bigotry? Jennings does.

If we want a totalitarian, pansexual society, with its accompanying disease, dysfunction and abuse, and no room for nobility, goodness and
tradition, then we need to make sure we vote for Obama with all his various revolutionary hangers-on, including Jennings.

If elected on November 4, Senator Obama would become the first African-American ascend to

Rumors that Obama might be assassinated have reverberated through the campaign for over a
year now. Is it possible?

Remembering that the Illuminati controls this election and will cause their selected man to win
this election, it is sobering to remember that assassination is a tool of the Global Elite, as the

attempted assassination or a successful one.

quite damaging to Obama's presidential campaign!

companion" of Rashid Khalidi, who from 1976 to1982 was reportedly a director of the official

addressed an audience during a 2003 farewell dinner for Khalidi, who was Obama's colleague

It is a very serious matter for Senator Obama to consistently express empathy for Islamic
causes and to have close Islamic friends. Not only has America been at war with militant Islam
ever since the attacks of 9/11, but Israel's very existence depends upon American support. That
support could vanish in a heartbeat should a man become President of the United States who is
a Muslim at heart!

This next segment demonstrates that Khalidi is fiercely Palestinian, which means he is fiercely
anti-Israel and probably anti-America as well.

This sentiment sounds as though Obama is saying that his many conversations with this fiercely
loyal Islamic Palestinian had changed his minds of the issues of the Middle East, especially
issues revolving around Israel's national life or death.

Despite Senator Obama's denials to the contrary -- and despite his rhetorical support for Israel -
- Jews and Christians alike had better beware of this man, for he could turn on the Jewish State
in a heartbeat.

Is the stage being set for the fulfillment of these prophecies?

"For then there will be great tribulation, affliction, distress, and oppression, such as has not been

While this sounds like Israel is going to be put through dire straits so terrible as to be

All the people in the Arab and Islamic world and in Africa applauded this man," continued
Gadhafi. "They welcomed him and prayed for him and for his success, and they may have even
been involved in legitimate contribution campaigns to enable him to win the American

"We are hoping that this black man will take pride in his African and Islamic identity, and in his
faith, and that [he will know] that he has rights in America, and that he will change America from
evil to good, and that America will establish relations that will serve it well with other peoples,
especially the Arabs," Gadhafi said.

Gadhafi went on to lament statements Obama made at a June 4 address to the American Israel
Public Affairs Committee in which the presidential candidate stated if he is elected president,
"Jerusalem would remain the capital of Israel and it must remain undivided."

But it seems Gadhafi was not aware that the next day, during a CNN appearance, Obama
explained he meant Jerusalem shouldn't be physically divided with a partition and was not
referring to the city remaining in exclusively Jewish hands.

Stated Gadhafi: "But we were taken by surprise when our African Kenyan brother [Obama], who
is an American national, made statements (about Jerusalem) that shocked all his supporters in
the Arab world, in Africa, and in the Islamic world.

"We hope that this is merely an elections 'clearance sale,' as they say in Egypt - in other words,
merely an elections lie. As you know, this is the farce of elections - a person lies and lies to
people, just so that they will vote for him, and afterwards, when they say to him, 'You promised
this and that,' he says: 'No, this was just elections propaganda.' This is the farce of democracy
for you. He says: 'This was propaganda, and you thought I was being serious. I was fooling you
to get your votes.'

"Allah willing, it will turn out that this was merely elections propaganda. Obama said he would
turn Jerusalem into the eternal capital of the Israelis. This indicates that our brother Obama is
ignorant of international politics, and is not familiar with the Middle East conflict," Gadhafi said.
Gadhafi went on to express his hope if elected Obama will implement a "one state solution" to
the Israeli-Palestinian conflict, meaning Israel would be flooded with millions of Palestinian
Arabs who would terminate the country's Jewish nationality.

Nation of Islam leader Louis Farrakhan, another powerful Chicago-based political figure
associated with the Rev. Jeremiah Wright and other long-time associates of Democratic Party
presidential candidate Barack Obama, is leaving no doubt about what he thinks of the leader in
the campaign for the White House.

He says when Obama talks "the Messiah is absolutely speaking."

Addressing a large crowd behind a podium Feb. 24 with a Nation of Islam Saviour's Day 2008

In a local restaurant my server had on a "Obama 08" tie,

again I laughed as he had given away his political
preference--just imagine the coincidence.

When the bill came I decided not to tip the server and
explained to him that I was exploring the Obama redistribution of wealth
concept. He stood there in disbelief while I told him that I was going to
redistribute his tip to someone who I deemed more in need--the homeless
guy outside. The server angrily stormed from my sight.

I went outside, gave the homeless guy $10 and told him to
thank the server inside as I've decided he could use the money more. The
homeless guy was grateful.

At the end of my rather unscientific redistribution

experiment I realized the homeless guy was grateful for the money he did
not earn, but the waiter was pretty angry that I gave away the money he
did earn even though the actual recipient deserved money more.
I guess redistribution of wealth is an easier thing to
swallow in concept than in practical application.

The registered agent information is defined here. Who or what is The Corporation Trust
Company? Please bear with me as this gets a bit convoluted as you extract each thread. First,
let me take you to a posting two days ago on Larry Sinclair's web site; he is the man who has
accused Obama of cocaine use and a sexual encounter. Please note the statement Sinclair
makes at that link questioning who actually wrote the Berg decision for Judge Surrick:

"The original faxed decision from the Clerk of the US District Court for the Eastern District of PA
to attorney Philip J Berg appears to have been faxed to Judge Surrick for him to sign. But if this
is the case, the questions becomes who wrote the decision and faxed it for the Judges
signature?...What is interesting is not at the TOP of the fax pages; it is at the bottom. The ruling
issued by Judge Surrick (?) was actually faxed to the Judge by someone (?) at 4:55 pm and the
question is who? Did the Obama Attorney's or Surricks old Law Clerk, Christopher Seaman,
(who just happens to be employed by Sidley-Austin, the former employer of Barack & Michelle
Obama, et al.) write the ruling dismissing the Berg suit?"
What immediately jumped out at me is the name Sidley-Austin. You see, when I did a search for
The Corporation Trust Company on Orange Street, Wilmington, DE., this came up (SEC is
Security and Exchange Commission):

And, who is the agent listed at the top? Sidley-Austin LLP/FA. AIS Futures Fund's registered
agent is Sidley-Austin. The McCain-Palin Compliance fund incorporated in the State of
Delaware on February 25, 2008, shows their registered agent is The Corporation Trust
Company whose registered agent is Sidley-Austin tied through AIS. Whew. Obama met wife,
Michelle, at Sidley-Austin where she was employed. This web site has the Obama, Ayers and
Sidley-Austin, LLP mega diagram of affiliations.

McCain announces on August 29, 2008, after months of searching and all the hoopla over his
short list for VP, Gov. Sarah Palin of the great State of Alaska is his final choice. The McCain-
Palin Compliance Fund is incorporated on February 25, 2008, six months prior to that
announcement. Obviously, McCain didn't call Palin on February 24, 2008, and ask her if she'd
consider being his VP and file incorporation papers the next day. Talks had to have been
underway for some time before the filing date. The registered agent of the newly formed
corporation via the trust corporation for the McCain-Palin Compliance Fund, is a law firm deeply
involved with Democrats, their causes and Obama. Just one, big, happy coterie of players.

Federal judge slaps the face of voters; spits on the U.S. Constitution

Phil Berg's lawsuit to force production of Barack Hussein Obama's birth certificate is not a
political game, it's a constitutional issue. The most cogent narrative, including excerpts from
Judge Surrick's decision is found here. To say millions of us are outraged is putting it mildly.
Enraged is more appropriate. If one reads the dishonorable Surrick's words, it becomes
apparent this judge, if he is the one who actually wrote the decision, thinks we the people are
too stupid to understand his outrageous remarks:
"…regardless of questions of causation, the grievance remains too generalized to establish the
existence of an injury in fact. To reiterate: a candidate's ineligibility under the Natural Born
Citizen Clause does not result in an injury in fact to voters. By extension, the theoretical
constitutional harm experienced by voters does not change as the candidacy of an allegedly
ineligible candidate progresses from the primaries to the general election."

According to this bench warmer, a candidates INELIGIBILITY to run for office doesn't present
an injury to voters! We just accept fraud as eligibility! "Theoretical constitutional harm"
experienced by we the people doesn't change as the fraud passes from one phase of the
election cycle to another! Surrick is lost in purple haze. Typical of these weenie federal judges,
when they can't find the guts to do the right thing, they take the cheap way out and try to pass
the buck to the other incompetents, Congress:

"So, who does have standing? According to the Hon. R. Barclay Surrick, that's completely up to
Congress to decide.

"If, through the political process, Congress determines that citizens, voters, or party members
should police the Constitution's eligibility requirements for the Presidency, then it is free to pass
laws conferring standing on individuals like Plaintiff. Until that time, voters do not have standing
to bring the sort of challenge that Plaintiff attempts to bring in the Amended Complaint."

In other words, we the people are supposed to sit back and allow a candidate who doesn't meet
constitutional requirements for eligibility go ahead, run, get elected via massive vote fraud and
hope that down the line Congress might decide to pass some law giving we the people some
say in OUR government and election process? Surrick's words must have given Arnold
Schwarzenegger a nocturnal emission.

This is beyond outrageous. What Surrick, who by the way is a Clinton appointee, is saying is
that Slobodan Thaci gets himself on the ballot in Texas for the House of Representatives by
filling out a form and paying the fee. It's discovered that he's not 25, but 21, was born in Kosovo
and has been a citizen less than seven years. Surrick says no one can challenge his ineligibility
because it represents no harm to the voters! How about the supreme law of the land, Judge
Surrick?

Surrick called Phil's lawsuit to get the truth frivolous. Only after Obama defaulted on the
Requests for Admissions did Surrick rule against Phil. All of this could have been avoided if
Obama had simply provided a real birth certificate instead of a copy off a laser printer. Since
Obama steadfastly refuses to do so, how can anyone (except Obama drones) rationally believe
he can prove his citizenship?

The dishonorable Judge Surrick made a very cowardly statement in his ruling: ""Plaintiff would
have us derail the democratic process by invalidating a candidate for whom millions of people
voted and who underwent excessive vetting during what was one of the most hotly contested
presidential primary [sic] in living memory."
Obama vetted? There's a rich one. By who? Let's take the FBI files on Obama and his
communist mentors; see here.

Obama vetted? How about his life long friendships and relationships with people like Rev.
Jeramiah Wright, domestic terrorist Bill Ayers, housing slum lord, Resko and Khalid al-
Mansour?

Vetted by who, Judge Surrick? The DNC? Derail the election process by invalidating a
candidate on constitutional grounds because millions of people were lied to about his legal
status regarding eligibility? What a slap in the face to every American who believes in the
supreme law of the land. Guess, what, Judge Surrick: You're damn straight we're going to get to
the bottom of this and if it creates a constitutional crisis, so be it. Are we a nation of laws or lies?
Obama is a nothing more than a Chicago thug in an expensive suit trying to pull a fast one on
the American people and we are not going to stand for it.

There is something else very strange about the decision from Surrick and news coverage. Early
Saturday morning, October 25, 2008, the Philadelphia Daily News carried the story: 'Judge
rejects Montco lawyer's bid to have Obama removed from ballot'; see here. At 6:25 am, I sent
out a link to a column by Daniel Downs, dated October 24, 2008, posted at 11:18 PM. Within an
hour after I sent my email, that column was pulled. What did it say?

"After reviewing evidence presented by Attorney Philip Berg, US District Court Judge Honorable
R. Barry Surrick has ruled that Barack Hussein Obama was not a "natural born" or "naturalized"
citizen and is ineligible to run for and/or serve as President of the United States."

Surrick's office faxed Phil the decision at 4:55 PM on October 24, 2008. Yet, Downs' column is
posted six hours later -- with the exact opposite of the decision faxed to Phil. While the original
link page is now blank, if you look at the top where it says columnist, click on that, you will see
Downs' daily columns. This is not some high school kid playing journalist. Downs' is an
experienced columnist. The other odd thing is Downs believes Obama would make a great
president. Why would this experienced journalist put out a column reporting a judicial decision
which would take Obama out of the election if it were a lie? Where did Downs' get the decision
he uses in his now pulled column? The column was cached and appears here.

Additionally, it appears the decision was faxed to Surrick from an outside source for his
signature. After signing the decision, Surrick then faxes it to Phil. Here is the time line. Phil has
suggested Surrick might have sent the fax from his home to his office so his office could then
send it to Phil. There is an hour difference from the first fax and then Surrick's to Phil. Why the
almost hour delay in sending on a Friday after normal business hours? These are some
questions that beg answers for clarification.

As for the Andy Martin lawsuit in Hawaii, he has an update, October 25, 2008. Martin's
emergency writ of mandamus was denied by the Supreme Court in Hawaii on October 22, 2008;
see order here. The high court provides this in their decision: "Such writs are not intended to
supersede the legal discretionary authority of the lower courts, nor are they intended to serve as
legal remedies in lieu of normal appellate procedures."
Please bear in mind that nothing in politics happens by accident. These dates are all important.

October 18, 2008, Martin announces he files a lawsuit to force the Governor and Hawaii Dept of
Health to produce a real birth certificate for Obama.

October 21, 2008, Obama announces his grandma is so ill, he has to stop campaigning to go to
Hawaii to see her. He does many more appearances while grandma languishes with a broken
hip and then flies to Hawaii on the 23rd. Obama visits grandma a total of seven hours and
leaves Hawaii the morning of October 25, 2008. When grandma was ailing earlier this year,
Obama opted to head to St. Thomas, Virgin Islands for fun in the sun and sand instead of
visiting her. Obama never visited his mother, a cultural Marxist and left-wing activist who at one
time worked for the Ford Foundation, while she was dying of ovarian cancer; she died without
seeing Obama again. Obama claims he didn't know how serious her condition was; his mother
was already in the hospital when Obama made that statement. Ann Dunham died November 7,
1995. What was Obama doing at that time? He was busy building his political machine.

Obama knows on October 22, 2008, the Supreme Court in Hawaii hasn't out right ruled against
Martin, they simply send him to the lower court. The next day Obama flies to Hawaii and when
he's not visiting grandma, he is doing what from the time he arrives the 23rd until the morning of
the 25th?

Judge Surrick (or a surrogate) issues his decision in Berg v Obama at 4:55 pm on October 24,
2008. Obama knows by the evening of the 24th, he has a temporary reprieve from Surrick, but
Phil is going to appeal as this column goes to publication; see his press release here.

There are now lawsuits in eight states: "Seattle WA. 10/22/2008 — Lawsuits in eight states as of
this writing– Hawaii, Washington, California, Florida, Georgia. Pennsylvania, New York and
Connecticut, are seeking judicial authority to force the certifying or decertifying of Senator
Barack Obama’s qualification to run as a candidate for President as a natural born U.S. citizen.
Previously, two lawsuits have failed to force the certifying documents from Obama."

What happens next? I spoke briefly with Phil via phone on Saturday. He said he would file a
notice of appeal with the Third Circuit on Monday and then file a writ of certiorari with the U.S.
Supreme Court as time is of the essence.

What can you do? Copy the press release here. It pretty much sums up what's going on out
there. FAX it to your Secretary of State, State Attorney General and county clerk with a short
cover letter simply stating that until the issue of Obama's birth certificate is once and for all
adjudicated by the courts, we the people demand no votes are counted for that candidate on
November 4, 2008. This is a valid constitutional issue and you expect them to take it seriously.
Any candidate on the ballot in any state has to be there legally. I am drafting a new letter today
to fax to my state officials just as I outlined above. The only thing I need to add new is that Phil
Berg is appealing to the U.S. Supreme Court just in case your elected public servant fires back
the lawsuit is dead. Phil's web site now has more than 71 MILLION hits. Let's get the word out:
hammer on our state officials and stay on them until this is resolved.
(Notice: Bill Benson's Sixteenth Amendment lawsuit goes to oral arguments tomorrow. This is
one of the most important First Amendment cases in the past century. The 7th Federal Circuit
Court of Appeals has scheduled oral argument in the government's case against William J.
Benson, author of The Law That Never Was–The Fraud of the 16th Amendment and Personal
Income Tax.

This oral argument is set for October 28th at 10:00 a.m. CDST in the Main Courtroom, Room
2721 of the United States Courthouse, 219 South Dearborn Street, Chicago, Illinois. There will
be a 3 judge panel and each side will be given 20 minutes to make their argument and
supplement their legal briefs already submitted. Anyone can attend. As many as possible should
attend. Courtroom decorum is expected. This is a great way to give your support to Bill Benson,

Oratory—or hypnotic induction?

Is Barack Obama a brilliant orator, captivating millions through his eloquence? Or is he

deliberately using the techniques of neurolinguistic programming (NLP), a covert form of
hypnosis developed by Milton Erickson, M.D.?

A fundamental tool of “conversational hypnosis” is pacing and leading—a way for the hypnotist
to bypass the listener’s critical faculty by associating repeated statements that are unquestionably
accurate with the message he wants to convey.

In his Denver acceptance speech, Obama used the phrases “that’s why I stand here tonight,” “now is the
time,” and “this moment” 14 times. Paces are connected to the lead by words such as “and,” “as,”
“because,” or “that is why.” For example, “we need change” (who could disagree?)…and…that is why I
will be your next President.”

Techniques of trance induction include extra slow speech, rhythm, tonalities, vagueness, visual
imagery, metaphor, and raising of emotion. Hypnotists often have patients count. In a speech
after the primaries closed, Obama said: “Sixteen months have passed (paused)…Thousands
(pause) of miles…(pause)…Millions of voices….”

Hypnotists call this a distraction technique: sending the dominant hemisphere on an assignment
involving linguistic processes, thus opening the nondominant hemisphere to suggestion.

Hand gestures can be used as hypnotic anchors, or to aid in hypnotic command implantation.
They can be difficult to distinguish from innocent gestures used for emphasis. Obama, however,
uses some gestures extraordinarily often and for very specific words such as “believe” and
“chose.” His characteristic thumb-and-forefinger gesture looks like a hand holding a pencil—as
if you were in a voting booth. The gesture of pointing sends the subconscious message that a
person in authority is giving a command.

Obama actually said at one time: “a light will shine down from somewhere, it will light upon
you, you will experience an epiphany, and you will say to yourself, ‘I have to vote for Barack.’”

You will not choose to vote for Barack: you will “have to.” It is not a logical choice, but rather
one directed by a mystical (subconscious) force. What purpose would a politician have for
making such a statement? Obama used it only once. Perhaps he stopped either because he
realized it was too obvious or because Hillary Clinton and John McCain ridiculed him for it.

Obama’s logo is noteworthy. It is always there, a small one in the middle of the podium,
providing a point of visual fixation. Unlike other presidential logos, one looks through it, not at
it. It might just be the letter “O,” but it also resembles a crystal ball, a favorite of hypnotists.
Obama is clearly having a powerful effect on people, especially young people and highly
educated people—both considered to be especially susceptible to hypnosis. It is also interesting
that many Jews are supporting a candidate who is endorsed by Hamas, Farakhan, Khalidi, and
Iran.

While some believe that hypnosis is not real, others believe that it is very powerful, and very
dangerous in the wrong hands. Dr. Erickson, father of modern hypnosis, was adamant that his
techniques should only be used by physicians. In 1954, the U.S. Supreme Court decided in Leyra
v. Denno that a confession obtained using hypnosis could not be used against the suspect in
court.

Understanding Obama: The Making of a Fuehrer

I must confess, I was not impressed by Senator Barack Obama from the first time I saw him. At
first I was excited to see a black candidate. He looked youthful, spoke well, appeared to be
confident, a wholesome presidential package. I was put off soon, not just because of his
shallowness but also because there was an air of haughtiness in his demeanor that was
unsettling. His posture and his body language were louder than his empty words. Obama's
speeches are unlike any political speech we have heard in American history. Never a politician in
this land had such a quasi "religious" impact on so many people. The fact that Obama is a total
incognito with zero accomplishment makes this inexplicable infatuation alarming. Obama is not
an ordinary man. He is not a genius. In fact, he is quite ignorant on most important subjects.
Barack Obama is a narcissist. Dr. Sam Vaknin, the author of "Malignant Self Love," also believes,
"Barack Obama appears to be a narcissist."

Vaknin is a world authority on narcissism. He understands it and describes the inner mind of a
narcissist like no other person. When he talks about narcissism everyone listens. Vaknin says
that Obama's language, posture and demeanor, and the testimonies of his closest, nearest and
dearest suggest that the Senator is either a narcissist or he may have narcissistic personality
disorder (NPD).

Narcissists project a grandiose but false image of themselves. Jim Jones, the charismatic leader
of People's Temple, the man who led over 900 of his followers to cheerfully commit mass suicide
and even murder their own children was also a narcissist. Charles Manson, Joseph Koni, Shoko
Asahara, Joseph Stalin, Saddam, Mao Zedong, Kim Jong IL, and Adolph Hitler are a few examples
of narcissists of our time. All these men had a tremendous influence over their fanciers and
followers. They created a personality cult around themselves, and with their blazing speeches
elevated their admirer's souls, filled their hearts with enthusiasm and instilled in their minds a
new zest for life. Those men gave their followers hope! They promised them the moon, but alas,
they invariably brought them to their doom. When you are a victim of a cult of personality, you
don't know it until it is too late

Our previous speculation about the fix being in for Obama seems more plausible every day.
Why else would the most despised man in America, Dick Cheney, supposedly awake now,
endorse McCain the Saturday before election day? Is that not the kiss of death for McCain?
Why else would the Governor of Hawaii seal his birth records? Why else would a Federal
District Judge appointed by Clinton in Philadelphia toss a lawsuit raising this Constitutional
question? Why else would OBAMA not gladly say "here it is" and make it all go away? Why
else would his grandmother say "I was there when he was born in Kenya"? Why else would the
Marxist Michelle's tape recording in Africa continue to be suppressed? Why else would the
Corporate owned liberal left wing media be so overwhelmingly OBAMA in election coverage?
Why else would the L.A. times not release the tape of his remarks complimenting a terrorist?
Why so many obvious things of no matter to any authority anywhere? It appears a deal has
been made in which OBAMA will suppress, stop, block, pardon, etc. the
BUSH/CLINTON/BUSH crime syndicate for his ONE WORLD ORDER
SOCIALIST/COMMUNIST bosses in return for the Presidency. That's the way it appears
from the cheap seats. This is speculation----and observation.
