ACCOMPLISHMENTS
| FDIC | we created strong relationships with senior executives at commercial banks to coordinate and
execute the Purchase and Assumption Agreements (PAs) between the |Assuming Institutions |AIs| and the
FDIC. These relationships helped the FDICs East Coast Temporary Service Office (ECTSO) provide
stability and liquidity on billions of dollars of classified assets during the financial crisis in 2008
thru 2014.

As a | Consultant | Phase 1 | Created many feasibility projects to review and or evaluate Banks
and Mortgage Companies, Secondary Marketing departments and Computer Data support groups. The studies
needed to accurately evaluate the Profitability | Capital Market Interest rate risk | business
operational risk | personnel | legal issues | oversight| compliance and effectiveness of these areas.
These studies were reviewed by Board of Directors and approved.
Phase 2 | Was to create a realistic execution plan to implement these agreed upon results in an on
time and on budget way.
Phase 3 | Was to successfully implement Phase 2. The results provide these companies with an ability
to create billions of dollars of Mortgage Backed Securities | MBS | for profitable sale while managing
asset value | Principal risk | and maintaining the |original asset value|.

I used these same phases if I worked as an employee at a company to create success there also.
I have also been a very successful mortgage banking hedging portfolio manager and
