Rebuilt QA organization by establishing QA Framework, restructure the existing Quality

Assurance team, and managed on-site / off-shore vendor team. Reduced QA cost center financial
budget by more than 50 percent, and increased QA productivity by over 500 percent.

KEY ACHIEVEMENTS:

Defined staffing and operating strategy, policy, process and standard, roles and
responsibilities for Quality Assurance department; Developed Quality Assurance roadmap,
