charges by we have struggled to keep up. So far our new
year has been consumed with preparation for new shows
and dominated by the ongoing development of brand new kits.
London for the fabulous City Of London dolls house show and then before the
dust could settle, we were off to Doncaster to exhibit at the Festival of British
Railway Modelling for the very first time!
At the time of writing the PP office is knee deep in stock as we attempt to
pack for the wonderful (& very busy) Thame show this coming weekend.
But despite the long hours and chaotic scenes, we also have one eye on the
calendar as the Spring Miniatura looms large on the horizon. But before we
get swallowed up with our preparations for the NEC, I am
delighted to be able to find a quiet moment and introduce
our latest newsletter which is filled with further information
about all the new kits we have launched recently.

Here in the PP office I have been working hard to keep up with the (sometimes
overwhelming) demand for our new range of PP paints and from the feedback
messages I receive, it seems that you are all LOVING
the unique colours that we offer.
However, here in PP HQ we are not known for

Uniquely, each kit is precision cut from card, which enables crisper
detailing and an increased accuracy to scale and all of our smaller
scale kits are not only highly realistic, but easily affordable too!
Kits come with full colour, step by step instructions as standard.
All you need to do is add paint & glue!

Introducing Petite Properties' exclusive range of

model building kits for railway layouts!
We are delighted to be able to finally launch our UNIQUE range of model
buildings which have been specifically modified for railway layouts.
Following overwhelming interest in our existing range of 1:48 kits from
railway enthusiasts, we have decided to offer an array of our existing
building designs, adapted to
suit popular railway scales.

Initially we will be offering our unique building kits in OO Gauge

(1:76) and in the near future we plan to offer house kits in
N Gauge and O Gauge (1/43) too!
The main carcass of each kit is uniquely made from 2mm MDF, in
order to provide a strong structure that is able to take any exterior
finish required.
Our kits also includes pre cut external vernacular detailing, glazing
& doors and features apertures in the base for lighting, where
applicable.
