BAB I
INTRODUCING

Established in 1990, AJ Bakery & Cake is an International Bakery serving a great

selection of bakery goods and innovations made with the highest quality ingredients. It has
established a reputable bakery system from one modest family business that produced a
variety of wafer and cookies in North Sumatera, Medan.
AJ Bakery & Cake gives a significant improvement in bread and cake production with
time, experience and food technology improvement and is expanding into other mainstream
market, a bakery and cake business, in Indonesian Capital City, Jakarta.
AJ Bakery & Cake's first outlet is located on Jl. Sumagung, Kelapa Gading. It
launched with an on-site production system which guarantee the quality of the fresh and the
premium taste of the cake's deliciousness. And the second outlet on Jl. Boulevard, Kelapa
Gading.
Each AJ Bakery & Cake outlets serving a variety of products from bread , croissants ,
traditional cakes , birthday cakes , event cakes , chocolate pralines and cookies . These
products and services through the internet , AJ Bakery & Cake continues to grow in service in
the bakery industry in the country of Indonesia. AJ Bakery & Cake have a variety of cake
sizes , from that in the cup until cake on brass, and until cake form that can be tailored to the
desires of consumers .
We also make a variety of colors on the cake we made so as to attract the attention of
the consumer's eyes when we look around the cake . And we also keep track of cake in the
world today is more playing a variety of colors and flavors blend .
Various flavors we also serve to spoil the tongue of our customers , some of us
padupadankan several different flavors so that the cake in general , for example, roll cake
pudding , chocolate pudding and strawberry blend combined with soft roll cake and blueberry
pancakes are also combined with soft ice cream tastes a bit like cream solid but has a
different texture and taste unbelievably delicious and of course the tongue .

BACKGROUND

During the 23 years of its existence in the world of business and cake bakery, AJ
Bakery & Cake always noticed a growing trend all the time. So AJ Bakery & Cake is able to
make a cake creations are diverse and in demand by the public. Our experience has proven
that AJ Bakery & Cake have always won the trust of its customers to realize the form of cake
with a nice design.
After the development of this business that we elaborated , in the near future we plan
to develop this business by opening a coffee shop . We will add variety in the menu AJ
Bakery & Cake in the form of a drink . This is the moment we bring because a lot of
teenagers or young executives who spend time after work to hang out with friends at the
coffee shop . Because of this we also plan to provide free wifi in order to provide comfort and
ease of interaction .
In addition to additional menu variety , in this case we also plan to open a new branch
is more convenient than ever . We will open a new branch Serpong Tangerang area and the
concept of a new name , AJ Coffee Shop & Bakery . In the new branch will be open not only
adds a new variation that is coffee , but we also will add variety kinds of bread and cakes .
We will also add a birthday cake variations become more attractive .
We hope that the opening of this new branch can improve the quality of our products .
We also will add employees personnel in order to better serve all customers. And we will to
serve with better and more complete variety taste of breads and cakes. The use of high quality
materials remains our principle in every product that we represent .

CONCEPT

The new concept that we present this time is not only drinks but also in the form of
our latest cake variants namely Hokkaido Chiffon Cake. The latest product of AJ Bakery &
Cake comes in 2 flavors namely Hokkaido Hokkaido Chiffon Cake Chiffon Cake Original
and Chocolate. Texture that we made very soft like cotton, fine as snow well suited to blend

the custard cream as fillingnya. While the chocolate, chocolate ganache filling deeply felt and
deeply felt blend texture.
Making coffee menu in this venture also brings new nuances in the coffee. We use a
selection of coffee beans in every grain . Although variations of this coffee menu is not too
much , but we hope people can enjoy all kinds of drinks that we represent . A wide variety of
drinks menu include cappuccino , latte avocado , milk vanilla latte , frappe and green tea oreo
frappe . not just the coffee that we present in this new branch , we also present a variation of
chocolate in beverages include Iced Dark Chocolate , Dark Chocolate Mint Iced , Iced
Raspberry Dark Chocolate , and Milk Chocolate Iced .
Making new menu variations and opening this new branch will be located closer to
our customers in Tangerang and surrounding areas . We put quality nutrients contained in any
of our products . Our new outlet opening with a new lifestyle concept of bread , by attaching
a brand new AJ Coffee Shop in Serpong - Tangerang . A place for conversation and a sense of
community . A third place between work and home . The concept of space in our new outlets
are also made as comfortable as possible . We will complement this room by providing wifi
facility so that visitors can still do activities like home .
In competition against other businesses , we also have to anticipate the other concepts
that can do a delivery order for each customer which is located around our outlets without
having to queue . We also will provide better service and we will provide attractive offers to
consumers in any transaction with the delivery order . We also will add employees and
provide the best service to all of our beloved best customer .To further develop this business ,
we will be looking for more relationships that can support us fully or perhaps to invest in this
effort . So that our prospects can then be realized by either .
