CHARACTERISTICS
A gas-shielded metal-cored wire to achieve a very high weld deposition
rate. The wire combines the advantages of flux-cored wire with the high
efficiency of solid wire. With metal cored inside, the wire burns with spray
transfer and the rate of deposition can be even higher than 8 kg per arcing
hour. The wire offers very smooth operating characteristics, low spatter,
less fumes & slag and shiny weld bead appearance. Suitable for use with
DC (+) polarity with Argon + 20% CO2 and CO2 shielding gases. May be
used with automatic and robotic welding
