Raised $3MM in seed capital via industry connections, for the launch of the business.

2013 - 2014
Established and negotiated Master Service Agreements, Services Contracts, and General construction
agreements with major telecommunications Carriers, OEMs and Turf vendors.
Negotiated a $1MM contract with Alcatel-Lucent to provide development and construction management
services for the LTE upgrade of the Verizon telecommunications network throughout the Southwest USA.
Increased Enterprise Services revenues by 20% by establishing a partnership with NCR Corporation.
Generated over $3MM in additional sales revenues through cross-functional collaboration, identification and
development of additional business sales opportunities inside the existing customer base.
2006 - 2013
Consulting company with focus on technology implementation, program management, and commercial business development.
Challenge: Development of a successful sales & business consulting practice with a focus on business enhancements in the
fields of Wireless, Information Technology, Telecommunications, and Program Management.
Actions/Results:
Due diligence in a $200MM acquisition of an established wireless telecommunications carrier in the Caribbean.
Established business practices and development of an effective Dealer-Based sales, distribution, and
fulfillment network throughout the island.
Development of comprehensive and realistic $30MM Capital and Operating telecommunications budgets
Negotiated contracts with local vendors to ensure Service Level Agreements were met.
Operated as CTO and responsible for operations, under contract for the newly formed company.
Established and managed the PMO organization for the Carrier and OEM vendor for the Rip & Replace and
operations of the network telecommunications infrastructure.
Responsible for the $250MM Change-Out, Upgrade, and Rollout of wireless and enterprise infrastructure in
13 different countries for a major wireless operator and an international telecom OEM in the Caribbean.
Interface between wireless carriers and Nortel, Alcatel-Lucent, and Ericsson in the Caribbean & Latin America.

2001 - 2005
Wireless Start-up company that is recognized among the first wireless operators to deploy all-digital technology and fixed
priced service for wireless telecommunications services.
Challenge: Organize and manage the entire deployment and operations of the business in Florida from a Start-up phase.
Actions/Results:
Development and launching the digital telecommunications network from the ground up in less than 9 months.
Grew the south Florida market to represent 70% of the company wide EBITDA
Implemented measureable operational metrics that provided guidelines for budgeting and efficiency ratings.
Responsible for $75MM in Capital Budgets (Capex) and $15MM Operations Budgets (Opex)
Training and development of staff in Total Quality management (TQM) principles & processes.
1999 - 2001
Provider of Systems Engineering, Network services, and Technical Outsourcing for the largest wireless telecommunications
carriers, enterprise customers, and for government agencies.
Challenge: Hired to oversee the Caribbean & Latin America operations for the company and subsequently moved to a multimillion dollar project involving the start-up Wireless Internet Provider company Metricom in San Jose California.
Actions/Results:
Represented WFI at Metricoms headquarters and interfaced daily with Metricoms executive management.
Responsible for the $200MM development of the telecommunications Wireless ISP network in the top nine
markets which included; New York, Washington DC, Baltimore, Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, Chicago,
Phoenix, Los Angeles, and San Diego.
Managed over 250 employees and contractors across all nine markets.
Coordinated and executed all activities for the deployment of over 10,000 sites across the nine markets.
