SB1239: CITY SALES TAX; RESIDENTIAL RENTAL
Municipalities are prohibited from imposing or increasing
transaction privilege taxes on renting residential property
above the nominal rate in effect on January 1, 2010. Some
exceptions. Retroactive to January 1, 2010.
