Preface
You can now find thousands of books (without forgetting the worlds biggest library,
internet) that deal with applied psychology, sophrology, relaxation, stress
management, personal and professional development, business communication,
customer relations, group dynamics, team training, team building, leadership, sales
techniques, entrepreneuring, performance improvement, empowerment, art of
negotiation, NLP, transactional analysis, individuals blooming, disputes settlement,
decision-making, problem-solving, time management, motivation and facilitation,
competences optimization and the last ultimate technique leading to excellence, the
... COACHING.
Most if these books could be summarized in 3 pages, some in 3 lines and some
others in 3 words !
Its the same with this book but, who will have the idea to get a book of 3 pages ?
There is a law that says : Too many informations, kill the information.
With the overabundance of informations most people are confused and are not able
to make a right judgment, they are no longer able to see the overall picture, most of
them have forgotten the essential things. Now we delight in pedantic expressions we
believe to be skilful. Economics, the law, business management, pedagogy,
psychology, marketing endow with new names and pompous definitions. They use
a sophisticated jargon with the unique purpose that non initiated one has to pay a
high price for finally receiving a collection of platitudes !
Recently a free thinker noticed that sciences have considerably advanced since 2000
years whereas philosophy did not !
In fact, everything has already been written by Greek and Chinese Philosophers
2500 years ago !
Consequently we must remain very humble with all our assertions and actions.
It will be the same with this book, fruit of many years of researches that has been
seriously written without taking itself seriously
This book is an INDEPENDENT book, it is not subservient neither to any
organization nor a discipline, a book whose the unique ambition is to incite you to
practise the exercises described and see by yourself the results, if results you get ?
The author does not claim either to be a psychosomething, to be a coach, a
sorcerer let alone a guru but a simple experimenter man interested in wellness and
mental fitness methods.

INTRODUCTION
" I think, therefore I am " said the French philosopher DESCARTES, but most people
are thinking in a chaotic and unstructured way.
Since the beginning of life, the thought exists. It is generally described as a mind
activity without further explanations. Up to now, we do not know what is a thought, its
origin, its process and its end ?
This book will teach you how to boost your thoughts as a FORCE and how to pacify
them to relieve stress and experience inner peace by using the MENTAL FITNESS
techniques.
"FITNESS" is an American word meaning in good form, wellness and health
which is now widely used all over the world.
Everybody knows what is a fitness center in which you can practise body building
and new gymnastics such as aerobic, step, stretching ...
Developing and shaping your body it's very good, but do you know that you can also
develop your mind ?
It's the field of "MENTAL FITNESS".
For example : Have you already noticed how it was pleasant to observe a campfire with
flames flickering in the range of ALPHA and THETA frequencies, the specific relaxation
brainwaves ?
It is not compulsory to use sophisticated equipment with wires to untangle and hook
up, and session parameters to dial in or light adjustments to make for increasing
mental capabilities (creativity, memory, concentration, motivation, performances, selfconfidence) or inducing new states of consciousness (relaxation, better sleep, stress
management, optimism).

MENTAL FITNESS deals with the transformation of various stimulations such as
light, sound and rhythm, emotions into mental energy so as to realize your goals
or entering into the ZEN way of life.
In a body fitness center you use barbells, weight machines and various bodybuildings equipments.
In a Mental fitness room youre going to use magic tools such as light, sound and
rhythm to stimulate your brain.

WHAT IS LIGHT ?
Light is a wave
Light is a radiation perceived by the human eye emanating from objects heated at
very high temperature (incandescence) or from excited objects ( energized atoms).
The Scotsman James Clerk MAXWELL in 1864 identified light as an
electromagnetic radiation consisting of energy in the form of electric and magnetic
fields that vibrate at right angles.
And a particle the photon
In 1900 the German scientist Max PLANCK showed that light is not only a wave but
also a particle when light interacts with atoms.
If you energize an atom, it becomes "excited" and its electrons move to higher
orbitals. When coming back to the former state, the electrons fall back to the normal
orbit, and release their excess energy by producing photons. Photon is a packet of
energy also called a quantum of electromagnetic radiation.
Electromagnetic radiation can be described in terms of a stream of photons, which
are massless particles each travelling in a wave-like pattern and moving at the speed
of light. Each photon contains a certain amount (or bundle) of energy, and all
electromagnetic radiation consists of these photons. The only difference between the
various types of electromagnetic radiation is the amount of energy found in the
photons. Radio waves have photons with low energies, microwaves have a little
more energy than radio waves, infrared has still more, then visible, ultraviolet, X-rays,
and ... the most energetic of all ... gamma-rays.
Light has also a very stimulating effect on our cerebral and especially intellectual
capacity. Light offers the energy to synchronize our brain cells, helps to accelerate
and amplify every physiological process.

Keep the pocket torch at the bottom of your hand, if you use a 75 watts bulb, stay at
about 5 to 7 feet distance (1,50 meter). Stare directly in the light during 30 seconds,
blinking is however allowed.
After 30 seconds, switch the lamp off.
You can then :
1) Observe the phosphene while keeping your eyes open, provided you are in
complete darkness.
2) Close your eyes and the phosphene will appear behind your eyelids. You can
also put your hands over your eyes without pressing on the eyeballs or, for the
better choice, use a blindfold. It will strengthen the effect, and the phosphene will
be more visible.
F There is absolutely no risk whatsoever involved in this, however, frequent blinking
is strongly recommended to moisten the conjunctiva, without moving the eyeballs
though, so as not to blur the phosphene.
Both, the first and second phase of a phosphene performance, last about 1 minute
and 30 seconds.
The effect of the first phase has to be of a yellow color. After some practice, a brightgreen color surrounded with a red rim which will progressively expand towards the
center, overriding the green circle, will occur during the second phase.
Following the red circle will be encircled by a darkblue and gray rim that will push its
way towards the center until it completely eliminates the red circle.
The colors of the phosphene are mentioned as information, they can vary according
to retina sensibility.
The total duration of a phosphene is approximately three minutes.

The post-phosphene is the phophene that appears after staring into the light, it
is the phosphene we have described above. As in other writings related, we will
henceforth use the word phosphene in place of post-phosphene.
The co-phosphene is the phosphene that appears while looking into a light for
three minutes. After approx. 20 seconds a pale blue shade will appear, prominent
at its edges and sometimes covering the light source. After 1 minute and 30
seconds, litlle rosy spots appear. Then a large darkblue and gray coloring will
appear. It signifies the grayish color of the diffused light, already seen in the post
phosphene.

While looking into the lamp, 'see' again the shape, the borders, the mountain ranges,
the rivers, the forests and the cities pictured on the map.
During the phosphene, memorize what you have studied.
In the same way, you can memorize a formula written inside the phosphene and
repeat it mentally or times to times aloud. Two or three phosphenes performances
are enough to memorize the formula.
A child or a student who will learn with light every day will improve his results rapidly.
Combining a thought with a phosphene enhances learning abilities, the generation
of ideas and the power of creativity.
Phosphenes stimulate the development of attention, memory, intelligence, creativity
and intuition.
Phosphenes are also a remarkable tool for transforming people in the positive way.
Is there any danger in producing phosphenes ?
A brief staring into the lamp (30 seconds periods) is harmless to the eye.
However people who experience problems with eye blood pressure must take advice
from their physician (doctor) before producing phosphenes.
It even offers an excellent exercise for the retina. The effect on the eyesight is very
positive (providing you do not exceed the staring duration of 30 seconds periods)
F Avoid to produce phosphenes with the sun light which is three thousand times as
strong as a pocket lamp (See Addendum at the end of the guide : Playing with the
sun phosphenes and precautions to follow)

The history of humanity is marked by the victories of man on the environment. Along
centuries, the man has first thought what he desired and finally realized it. He wanted
to move on water, fly in the sky, conquer the cosmos and he has done.
However along the time, certain people have just thought and awaited the realization.
They discovered that a thought correctly handled was a force which could change life
and fate.
The magicians were born.
Thinking to achieve your goals means to practise a technique called the creative
visualization.
Hundreds books boast the value of positive thinking and creative visualization, but
you have very few chances to obtain any result with their methods.
We have seen that the phosphene works as a lime and the thought a sponge,
the thought associated with the phosphene becomes unusually dense and
solid.
The phosphene is in fact a thought catalyst, it considerably amplifies the thought
inside.
So, why not using the mixing phosphene + thought to make what we call a creative
visualization ?

It is possible to visualize within the phosphene any kind of symbol, image, sentence,
positive suggestion, or targeted thought.
We have seen people that have obtained astonishing results by practising this
phosphenic technique. But, to be honest we must also recognize that other people
have obtained nothing ?
But there is nothing to stop you trying !

Providing you are in a dark room, you can keep your eyes open and observe the
phosphene. Sometimes in the beginning, the phosphene is unstable, you see it

During the major rituals, the "initiated-to-be" had to observe a torch and when it was
switched off, he had to observe the phosphene during what they called, the obscure
time while visualizing a ear of wheat swaying from left to right.
Eleusis was first a place dedicated to the cult of Demeter,
the goddess of fertility and harvests and to her daughter
Core.
On the stele you can observe Demeter sat on a throne,
handing to Core an ear of wheat with the right hand while
Core holds a torch in each hand.
Here are the major secrets of Eleusis : Light, phosphene,
thought and rhythm.
With Egyptians :
The famous builders of Pyramids who worshiped Amon R the great sun god.
With Zoroastrians :
Mazdeism, a revealed religion transformed by the prophet Zarathustra or Zoroaster
(630-550 before JC). The ancient Iranian religion recognizes two principles eternally
at war and participating to the creation of the material world. It is nevertheless a
monotheistic faith symbolized by the infinite Light with a dualism opposing true to lie
and hypocrisy which are only experienced in the universe of space and time.
It still remains about 18000 Zoroastrians in Iran and in India, in Bombay area, known

The Priests of Zarathustra were called Mage or Magus. "Magic" along the original
sense of the term is the lost science of phosphenes.
With Celts :
They worshiped Belenos the god of fire symbolized by the sun. The sun disk was
represented by a solar wheel, a "triskell " symbol of Celtic countries such as Britany,
Scotland and Eire.
With Romans :
The Emperor Julian for his initiation to the Mithrian religion was brought to a grotto
where he had to gaze at a candle during 3 days. After the candle has been burned
down he continued to see lights in the darkness. Evidently these lights could only be
phosphenes.

pyramids, the Incas in South America, Inca means son of sun, Chinese with Taoists
who practise staring at the sun, Africans etc

With Christians :
Who was present at the birth of Christ ? The shepherds and three magus, the two
great specialists of phosphenes in Antiquity.
The shepherds are bound to watch the horizon while guarding their sheep. At a very
young age they discover the pleasant pastime to play with phosphenes, as did the
child shepherds of Fatima and Lourdes who learnt nothing but the "Ave Maria ". They
recited prayers during the whole day, combining the beneficial rhythmic thought with
phosphenic mixing.
It is obvious that from the very beginning, phosphenes and solar cult played an
important role in the roots of Christianity.
In the Middle Ages :
A dualist religion, a mixing of Zoroastrism, Gnosticism, and Manicheism was
practised by the Cathars who prayed while concentrating on the sun. They explained
that Jesus Christ taught them so. The castle of Montsgur, their last refuge (besieged
in 1243) was built like a solar temple.

The Renaissance :
The famous Nostradamus (1503 - 1566) who wrote his prophecies "The Centuries "
during the night in his house of Salon de Provence with the light of a candle. He did
phosphenes while observing the stars.
We shall stop there, If history interests you, you can search all terms in a good
encyclopaedia.
The ancient have always affirmed that,

For example in the Japanese martial art the " Yoseikan Budo " we teach the manner
to send over the power by shock waves emanating from hips. The dispatch of the
shock wave coordinated with the arm or leg movement allows to transmit the power

the wheatfield, a thought and a rhythm. All Greek children who have practised this
technique became doctors, researchers, professors
TESTING your cerebral rhythms : Test the capacity of your brain alternation.
The NECKER's CUBE
This picture can be seen as a three-dimensional cube.
Observe its position for a few minutes without making an
effort to concentrate on it. Do you perceive its position
unchanged ?
If you observe the cube you will feel, out of sudden it is
changing spontaneously its axe, like it is shifting. This
phenomenon is usually considered as an optic illusion, but
in reality it is a particular analysis of the brain.
The fluctuation of the picture is created by the alternative work of the two
hemispheres. What we observe is our brain doing its rhythmic labor.
If you do not detect any change of the cube's position or the change is very slow, it
jeopardizes an imbalanced cerebral rhythm and shows that you are tired.

to master both domains (Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry etc) and artistic themes
(Drawing, Music, Painting, Creativity etc.) to the same extent. The first specialty is
linked to the left hemisphere, while the latter associates to the right.

Keep in mind than less you speak, better it is. Keep far from people who speak a lot,
you will remark that interesting people do not speak a lot.
Thought is first silent. Silence is a rare quality, Chinese are used to say that a silent
is equal to one thousand speeches. The vulgar people do not like the silence, they
are afraid of it because they refuse to face themselves.
Instead of speaking, sing ! It is easy, just give a rhythm in your wording, and your
thought will become a force.

If you maintain a rhythm in your thoughts, you will be lucky and the good fortune

If you pronounce very rapidly a word while thinking to a precise thing, you will be
surprised to notice that the thing will become clearer and will take shape.
For example if you are looking for something you have lost, repeat the name of the
object very quickly and continuously and you should finally find it.
We know a delivery man who is used to repeating the word together for finding a
parking place, he says that it is very effective.
You can also repeat a chosen word while swaying and you will be surprised to find a
place to park providing you do not disturb your mind with other things you worry
about.
Dear Reader, do not try to give a rational explanation to our exercises.
Remember that we still do not know what is a thought, its origin, its process and its
end ?

capabilities to meet the society challenges and life problems with the help of
MENTAL FITNESS TECHNIQUES.

In 1952 on the island of Koshima in Japan, scientists were providing monkeys with
sweet potatoes dropped in the sand. The monkeys liked the taste of the raw sweet
potatoes, but they found the dirt unpleasant. Rapidly a young female find she could
solve the problem by washing the potatoes in the nearby stream. She taught this trick
to her mother and her friends. This cultural innovation was gradually picked up by
various monkeys before the eyes of the scientists. Nevertheless six years later, less
than one hundred monkeys knew how to wash potatoes.
Then something startling took place. In September 1958 a very strange event
occurred : between only one sunrise and sunset, all monkeys of the island had
learned to wash their sweet potatoes. Still better, colonies of monkeys on other
islands began washing their sweet potatoes.
The hundredth monkey was the right number for the telepathic power of the monkey
group reaches the critical mass and achieves an awareness from mind to mind.
Ideas, thoughts and resolutions have the tendency to materialize. Some people
speak of thoughts forms that will eventually become reality.

An N.D.E (Near Death Experience) story :
A quick thought forced itself upon me that " I am waked up by my death ". I am
surprised by the extraordinary lucidity that drives me. Everything was simple,
incredibly simple, all I had to do was to observe. I was conscious that difficulties on
earth were coming from human's thoughts.
I understood that thoughts took physical forms, material forms, in the same way a
silkworm produces its matter.
I saw the FORM, the product coming out from a thought, this was materialized like
water boiled and transformed into steam.
All that happens on earth is the fruit of human thoughts: wars, revolutions, violence
are the result of the thoughts daily maintained by people. .
Consequently,
We are creating what we are thinking.
This principle is revolutionary, when you understand what are the egregores you
understand all events happening on earth.
When we affirm you that the XXI century will be the Age of
MENTAL FITNESS J
Lets imagine Dear readers a group of persons who would practise the
MENTAL FITNESS Techniques (light energy and rhythmical thinking) with the
purpose to realize a common objective.
Lets imagine which group dynamics and which fantastic cerebral force they
would get at disposal !
For example the new managers like using the word synergy. They do not
understand that synergy means forming a companys egregore with a precise target,
thats why in most cases synergy does not work !.

collective thought boosted by light, phosphene and rhythm to create a MENTAL
BOMB largely superior than the babies bombs produced by such seminars.

MENTAL FITNESS for Action
OUR LAST ADVICE : In our hyperactive society, people want immediate results.
Mental Fitness Techniques do not work after this principle. Like with any other
endeavor, PERSEVERANCE is also here the keyword.
As a rule, results do not appear but after one month of continuous practise. The
results are even more striking if you practise twice a day (morning and evening).
F Our brain is made of 15 billions of neurons. We are currently using 2 billions. Each
neuron possesses a potential of 1028 connections !
If you synchronize only some hundred thousands but in regions that father the
thought, imagine what fantastic cerebral force you will have at your disposal.
Dont be confused with the old myth that people use only ten percent of their minds
potential. Its absolutely wrong !
We only use a part of our brain depending on the activity we are doing such as
eating, reading a book, watching television, doing shopping, playing a game of chess
etc.
But its never the same part which is in activity as shown with the modern techniques
of mental imagery. At the end of a day we will have used all parts of our brain.

high price for it, due to the fatal side effects on his health. The use of drugs to obtain
this state is nothing but a cheap, but dangerous way to gain a pseudo altered state of
consciousness.
Known methods and ways to reach an altered state of consciousness
Aside the use of drugs, which is absolutely not recommended due to its health
hazards, there exist a number of other methods with more or less uncertain results
and side effects. First of all, there is the Hypnosis, suggested to quiet the
subconscious resistance. Nowadays, the method has been transformed into
Sophrology, a new technique, which appears less scary, embellished by a lot of
exotic exercises. The technique of Creative Visualization, associated with relaxation,
results in more subjective than real effects. Least but not last not to forget are the
traditional teachings of Tibetan lamas and Yogi masters, which promise an inner
enlightenment called kundalini. But it needs a lot of training and regular meditation
over a span of more than ten years to obtain results. Not the ideal method for
impatient individuals !
The EEG brain activity
EEGs show that at any given time, the electrical patterns that your brain produces
are made up from distinct wave forms ranging from 0.5 Hz (pronounced Hertz, or
cycle per second) up to 30 or more Hz.
Researchers divide these frequencies into the following four groupings brainwaves :

The arising of kundalini moves the chakras a sanskrit word meaning "wheels ".
Chakras are psychic energy centers or vortices which connect between our psychic
and physical energy systems.
Chakras are vital centers generally represented like lotuses or wheels of light. The
chakras are electromagnetic vortexes of energy, there are seven major chakras.
Kundalini is stored as potential energy within the root or base chakra. When properly
released it causes activation of all the major chakras of the body. We feel the
chakras like voluptuous spinning vortex.
Kundalini is in fact like a triangle with three points : oscillation or swaying - rotation
and vortex - trembling ; its awakening is like all metaphysical experiences linked to
neurological connections in certain areas of the brain due to the rhythmic
generalization in all the body.

The 7 Chakras
Rotation is a universal movement. From the electron around the atom to galaxies, the
universe drags us in a perpetual spiralling movement.
The whole in the universe is rhythmical, the whole is in rotation, we can add
everything is spiral rotation, the whole universe is swirling.

Your Posture
There is a connection between the posture and the attitude of mind. Meditation arises
naturally once your posture and attitude are good.
It is not compulsory to sit in the full lotus posture which is very difficult to do, just sit
with your legs crossed.
You can also sit on a chair with your legs relaxed.
The most important point is to keep your back straight like a pile of golden coins.
Dont force anything, be comfortable, keep your spine straight but not rigid.
Your attitude : Start by swaying slowly from one side to the other one, back to
forward , in a circle, in a figure of 8, as you like , as you feel it.
The most important is the sensation of swaying or whirling by all your body, head and
spine.
Do not force anything, gaze into space, do not focus on anything in particular except
your point of concentration. Let your thoughts running with an attitude of nongrasping and breathe naturally.
Let your body rotating and swaying as it orders. You could feel to sway more in a
way than in other one, let your body does it, it is like that, scoria and psychic
impurities are eliminated like they do in the industry with the centrifugation.
Everything will be soon regularized.
Sometimes your body will stop moving to rest, let it does and profit. Moment later,
your body will tremble again.
You must have pleasure to do this wonderful exercise and you must never force. If
you do it well, the time run faster, you can have the impression of practising 20
minutes whereas you are doing it since two hours !.
That means that you have transcended the time.
This exercise is a very good relaxation, one hour of it equals several hours of
sleeping.
F It is what do the whirling dervishes of Turkey. The spectators of these ceremonies
feel elevated above their bodies.
African sorcerers are used to swaying and rotating while pronouncing the name of
the person they want to influence or the object they want to obtain. Swayings and
revolutions that we imagine to be dances !

And, one of the day providing you regularly practise the wonderful exercise it will
happen an unforgettable experience.
In the night, most probably in the early morning, when you sleep a light will occur.
This light will be worthy to be named enlightenment. In the same time you will ear
from your nape a noise like a rustling or a bee buzzing. This extraordinary experience
is called "kundalini " by yogis and yoga practitioners.
F This particular noise or buzzing is well known in Physics, we called it "shot-noise "
it is the noise done by photons, those energetic particles of light which explain the
enlightenment sensation.
Without waiting this marvellous experience and providing you practise everyday the

relaxed, plenty of joy, with a strange sensation of consciousness purification and a lot
of other benefits.
You can also experience supernatural phenomena and for lucky persons, out of body
experiences (O.B.E) and lucid dreaming states.

You are not your mind. You need to leave your analytical mind and its false created
self, the ego behind.
Observe your mind, you will remark that it is never in present but always in the past
or in the future !
The mind is the root of all problems because it has taken us over. We can free
ourselves from this by becoming totally present.
Authentic human power is found by surrendering to the NOW, the present moment
where problems do not exist.
Buddhists are used to saying that human being is a man by his body, a God by his
consciousness and a demon by his mind.
There are three kind of beings :

The awakened one has withdrawn the spectator, there is no longer a spectacle, he is
both the observed and the observer.
You are ME and I am YOU.
How to control the runaway-thinking mind ?
How to get bliss and beatitude ?
With a simple technique,
Imagine a balloon inside your body, you breathe in and the balloon fills up and
expands, you breathe out, the balloon contracts and empties. You fill and empty the
balloon. Paying attention to your breathing gives your mind one thing to think about.
The breath or prna as called by the Hindus is said to be the vehicle of the mind.

Each time you breathe out and before you breathe in again, there is a gap. Rest in
that gap, in that open space, this is the secret. Never fore or hold your breath, but
allow it to change with a little guidance from you. Good breathing unites both the
body and mind.

Feel all your body and inhale (from the gate of nostril up to the navel)
Feel your body and exhale.
Slow down the activity of your body and breathe in.
Slow down the activity of body and breathe out.
Feel the activity of your mind and breathe in.
Feel the activity of your mind and breathe out.
Set your mind at rest and inhale.
Set your mind at rest and exhale.
And the four basis of attention will be accomplished, the attention to the body, the
attention to sensations, the attention to the mind and the attention to the mental
objects.
Having renounced to the envies and afflictions of the world, you become the free
observer perfectly equanimous.
Remark : The art of breathing technique has been taught by The Buddha and
make the vital energy circulating in the body.
The vital energy is called CHI in China, Ki in Japan and Prana in India. One of
the key concepts related to chi is the concept of harmony. The knowledge of
this force and the methods of acquiring and directing it has traditionally been
among the most protected secrets.
According to legend, the art of breathing was introduced in China by an Indian
Buddhist monk named Bodhi-Dharma who founded the temple of Shaolin, the
sanctuary of Kung-Fu masters.
Now slightly deepen your inhale and then again your exhale. Explore the space
between natural breathing and the place it is almost uncomfortable to breathe
deeper. Stay just this side of the place of discomfort.
Now breathe less and less deeply, on a short manner, quick and regular; until your
breathing cadence be in rhythm one-two, one-two, inhale-exhale and so on.
Like that, you will continue.

After a certain time, a delicious sensation will invade your body, your face will smile
and the biological functions of your organs will slow down. You will be one with your
breathing and nothing else will disregard you. Then without any effort, you will be
overjoyed in an ocean of serenity and well being, you will smile contentedly.
And Click !
If you persevere in this exercise, one day will happen a holy moment. Your body will
be in a state of deep sleep like paralysed while your mind is fully awake. You will
likely hear a sound like the buzzing of insects in the nape area, everything will be
enlightened, time will not exist any longer, everything will be clear, everything will be
beautiful.
You are in the country of heart, the kingdom of love, the country you should have
never left.
And, suddenly with an incredible outburst, light will smile you.
" L'Amor che muove il sole e l'altre stelle "
Wrote Dante in his Divine Comedy. Love that moves sun and other stars.
It will be an extraordinary experience, impossible to describe with words, an
experience you will never forget. Unfortunately a noise, a thought (dont forget, man
is a demon because of his mind) will make you come back to earth, but you will keep
a small idea of what is the other bank.
F We have to point out that people imprisoned inside the twin sisters towers at NEW
YORK during the attack of the World Trade Center on September 11th 2001, feeling
the death arriving have sent with their mobile phones love messages to their
relatives.
No hate or resentment message has been recorded.
LOVE is omnipresent everywhere in our world J
But unfortunately LOVE is very often recognized as hate (which is the opposite of
love) or selfishness (which is imprisoned love), jealousy (a combination of love and
hate), sadness (a lack of love), envy (a combination of hate and sadness).
Duality PARADOXES !
But to reach this marvellous state, it is needed to tranquilize the bodys resistance
and its controls by the unconsciousness. The natural resistance of the body to
separate from mind has to be pacified in order to obtain the enlightenment and
disembodiment. Otherwise itching, prickling, tickling and other side effects will disturb
the concentration and required state of relaxation. The tendency to fall asleep, most

of all lying down with ones eyes closed, results in a sleep, demanded by the
unconsciousness in its ultimate resistance.
You will have to control your feelings in order to avoid to be dominated by them. The
feelings are a soul reaction, they come from your mental, they can lead you to
madness. You must learn how to command them with strong orders as we explained
you in the violent volition. If you contemplate the nature of your feelings , their cause
and their effect, your feelings that were source of weakness will become source of
power. You will be the spectator of yourself and of the world before merging them in
unity and doing one with the universe.
The breathing techniques have been studied by a lot of researchers since the yoga
appearance in Europe.
Among the numerous techniques, we can outline :
The circular breathing technique : for this kind of breathing technique you have
to breathe in, but less and less and breathe out slower and progressively
quicker and quicker without retention period. On the screen of an oscilloscope
you could see a sinusoid like a cork on a sea wave describes a circle.
The superficial breathing technique : on a recorded paper tape you will notice
smaller circles, a flatten sinusoid with a quick 1 or 2 second rhythm which
leads to the :

air deprivation to get numerous benefits in all fields.
In an old book named "Magic and Hunting in Cameroon", we can notice the sentence

Playing with the Sun phosphenes
The phosphenes of the sun
As we told you in title one, every tribe in the course of their development passed
through a phase of solar religion. It is normal, without the sun and its light no life
would be possible on our planet.
The first phosphenes you certainly did without counsciousness should have been
solar phosphenes by dazzling.
You must be very careful by producing phosphenes with the sun as sunlight is 3000
times as strong as an ordinary lamp and certain precautions must be taken in order
to avoid damages for your eyes.
How to produce a harmless solar phosphene ?
Before gazing at the sun :
- Drink plenty of water to fluidify your blood.
- Glasses and contact lenses must be removed because they could exert energy
like a magnifying glass and burn your eyes.
- Prepare the thought beforehand.
During the gazing period :
- Repeat the thought
- Fix the sun for ONE or TWO seconds only, close the eyes and turn your head.
Repeat the thought for 2 or 3 minutes while looking at the phosphene. You will notice
that the phosphene is different at the beginning that the one you obtain with an
electric lamp with a predominance of emerald green and blue.
To get a beautiful phosphene, do not move the head and eyes while fixing the sun,
otherwise you will get a phosphene in zigzag. To avoid that, after the fixing of 2
seconds, you can put your hands over your eyes without pressing on the eyeballs
and turn the head.
You can repeat the session several times.
Look at the sun no longer than one or two seconds, then turn on and look at a dark
place. It will then appear spots of light in front of your eyes. Those spots of light are a
phosphene and last three minutes by changing their colours, you can also close your
eyes with the same effect. And if you add a precise thought while you are looking at
the sun and thereafter the spots of light, then your thought will become a prayer.
If you regularly do this exercise, you will be surprised to observe your thought
becoming real in your daily life. You are becoming a wizard, a solar being. Do that
every day (light + thought) and you will climb up the second step.
Second step : Walking high with the sun
Now go further with your thought. Transmute this thought into a creative visualization
by using your imagination to create what you want in life. Create a very clear picture,
a mental picture, make your image very real inside the phosphene.
Remark : three minutes approximatively after looking at the sun, if you stay outside, it
will appear a yellow spot of light (or pink then yellow) which is possible to throw
forward, to project as far as you want, for example in the blue sky. This spot of light
or phosphene will then be huge, So imagine the power of your thought inside the
phosphene !
Your thought can also be a question. Make a first phosphene and put your question
inside. With the second phosphene, minutes later, stay completely relaxed, clear out
your mind and open you to new feelings, new sensations and new ideas that you will
perceive.
Third step : Dancing with the sun
While you are greeting the sun (first step), give more power, more force to the mixing
of your thought and your phosphene by adding rhythm into them. Rhythm is
harmony, music and dance.
Rock your head, slowly without exaggeration at your inner rhythm. Rock your head,
your trunk, all your body if you want, move it from backwards and forwards, from side
to side, automatically, instinctively, impulsively and always keep symmetry : same
distance in every direction.
NB : in fact it's your nape that swings in which is located a very secret spiritual center
, say the great initiates. For your guidance, it is in this part of the brain where
phosphenes and images are made.
As you know many practising religious people swing or prostrate themselves while
reciting their prayers so as to increase the power of their devotion. You will also
remark that children love swaying which is natural for them, just as the mother rocks
her baby.
Think about that and you will understand a lot of things.
Fourth step : Singing with the sun
In addition to your thought, your phosphene and your swings, you can add a song
rhythmized too, a prayer, a litany or much better a mantra like the famous mantra
OM.

OM is a solar mantra because it takes all its value during the staring at a source of
light. Repeat first the mantra OM aloud, and then mentally while you are looking at
the phosphene.
You should know that OM is the sound that would produce the sun if we could place
a microphone on it. It is also the sound you could hear inside a shell when you put
your ear to it, the sound of the waves of the ocean. UNITY, my lord !.
Last step : Being a sun
Now, think about the four steps you've climbed up. You have your phosphene, your
thought or your empty mental, your swayings and the rhythmical song OM.
Swing now on a two seconds rhythm, from left to right (one second per side) then,
moment later, you will feel need to swing in a figure of 8 that is a double circle
representing the duality of this world, and finally in a circle (the unity) a rotation as
are rotating the planets and stars, while you are mentally reciting OM.
You will so perceive that your breath is going to synchronize on 2 seconds rhythm
and to the OM mantra (O you breathe in, M you breathe out).
Practice that during 45 minutes daily and one day you will perceive an internal light
that will illuminate all your head, your mind will be enlightened.
