ACCOUNT MANAGER

Small Construction & Irrigation Manager

Job Summary:
Front line Sales Representative responsible for new bid proposals and enhancement biding
Irrigation Manager: Head up irrigation work orders and dispatch
Meter Reading / Water Budget Manger: monthly budgets and meter reading programs & property
manager reports
Work Order Manager (WOM) - Daily Interaction & Scheduling of Irrigation Technicians and Small
Construction teams
Oversee Small Construction Department: Project Oversight - Change Order - Time & Material Tracking
Assist Office Manager and Senior Account Manager with Safety Meetings and Staff Training
Bid & Contract Follow-Up
Assist Office Manager, Senior Account Manage and President-CFO w General Sales & Office Duties
Assigned Special Projects per the President-CFO
Company Marketing & Advertising (develop & mange inheritable data base)
Snow Removal Operations as assigned (On-Call 24/7 October April as weather dictates)
Fleet Management Duties assist in scheduling and oversight of mechanic and shop personnel
Other Duties as Assigned

Summary of Essential Job Functions:


Generate detailed bid estimates on commercial maintenance, snow, and landscape installation projects
Monitor and track actual costs to ensure production and profitability goals are being met
Assist with the implementation of designs in the field
Communicate details of estimates to Supervisors so end results exceed client expectations
Generate leads for maintenance and snow removal accounts
Prospect for new accounts weekly if not daily
Attend site meetings, safety meetings and after hours BOD meetings
Maintain an inheritable database
Manage all aspects of the sales cycle
Organize delivery of landscape materials to jobsites
Oversee WOI Department ensuring water budgets, work orders, small construction projects and Irr. Techs
are profitable and operating within the protocols of Colorado Property Care
Maintain Colorado Dept. Ag Qualified Supervisor (QS) Categories 109-206-207
Ability to work +60 hour work weeks as needed

Minimum Requirements:
Degree in Horticulture, Landscape Management or Landscape Architecture
Minimum of five years of experience in Colorado (Front Range) landscape industry
Ability to free hand drawings to secure projects
Proficient with accounting software, bidding software, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Extensive knowledge of sales, marketing and client services
Vast knowledge South Metro Denver Geography, Clientele, HOAs, Commercial Sites, and Medical Sites
