College Freshmen and Their Use of Online Social Networks (On-Going) The purpose of this study is to determine what types of online social networks, and how those types of online social networks, are being used by college freshmen. This study seeks to learn the changes that take place with college students in their use of online social networks during the course of the freshmen year, and how those experiences enrich, as well as detract from, their lives as college students. Organization Development Consultant June 2002 to May 2006 Analyzed business and strategic plans to identify learning needs. Consulted with leaders and HR Business Consultants regarding group and organizational learning opportunities using needs assessment, design, development, and deployment of key curriculum and learning solutions. Designed and coordinated Lean (Manufacturing) learning opportunities; deeply involved in Lean deployment, especially change management strategies.
