College Freshmen and Their Use of Online Social Networks (On-Going) The purpose of this study is to determine what types of online social networks, and how those types of online social networks, are being used by college freshmen. This study seeks to learn the changes that take place with college students in their use of online social networks during the course of the freshmen year, and how those experiences enrich, as well as detract from, their lives as college students. Consulted with leaders and HR Business Consultants regarding group and organizational learning opportunities using needs assessment, design, development, and deployment of key curriculum and learning solutions. Designed and coordinated Lean (Manufacturing) learning opportunities; deeply involved in Lean deployment, especially change management strategies. Spearheaded diversity learning initiatives, including designing, developing and training Managing & Valuing Diversity and Diversity in Action, and serving as Diversity Learning Liaison to the Diversity Council. Founder and President September 1990 to April 1996, present Created the concept, framework and all content for the patented Resume Auditor of WinWay Resume. Developed two career-related CDs with WinWay Corporation (WinWay Resume and WinWay PayRaise), including writing all video scripts, providing content for CD, and serving as on-screen video talent. Created a Microsoft Network and World Wide Web presence for a software company, including writing the HTML code and promoting the product offerings in a variety of media. Developed a job interview preparation software program, incorporating comprehensive strategy and more than 200 questions, hints and sample answers.
