I, the undersigned, being duly sworn and under oath, state that the following facts known by me or told to me by the other
reliable persons form my belief that Kyle Maynard Maguire the defendant committed the crime charged.
On Monday March 23rd, 2015 at approximately 01:47 hours I observed a red Chevrolet Spark bearing lowa registration
plate BZK187 sitting in the alley north of The Villager restaurant. When I approached the vehicle it left south bound on
North 15 Street. I stopped this vehicle in the 100 block of South 15 Street for suspicious activity. The driver of the
vehicle was identified by name and date of birth provided to me by him. A check of the drivers name and date of birth
through lowa DOT showed that his drivers license was barred dated 07/17/2014 through 07/16/2015 for habitual offender.
The defendant was also suspended eight times for non-payment of lowa fine, one time for fail to post security for an
accident, three times for fail to satisfy non-Iowa citation and one time for habitual offender. Defendant had an SR-22
insurance reguirement through 04/16/2016 and it was not on file. Defendant also had probation in effect dated
07/16/2014 through 07/15/2015. Defendant was arrested and booked into the Sac County Jail.
