Report on Indo Japan world homeopathic conference 2015

The second Indo-Japan World Homeopathic Medicine Conference-2015 was
organized by Centre For Advanced Studies In Homoeopathy (C.A.S.H.), B.Jain Group
jointly with JPHMA (The Japanese Homoeopathic Medical Association) in New Delhi
on 28th February and 1st March 2015, at Tivoli Garden Resort, Chhattarpur Hills.
Delegates from Japan, India, Belgium and Malaysia were part of the conference
which included Homeopathic practitioners, researchers and educationists.
Practitioners from all parts of India also graced the conference.
The conference was inaugurated with the National anthem of two countries India
and Japan.
A number of speakers and eminent personalities, such as Dr Kim, representative of
the World Health Organization, Dr. Jitendar Sharma, Joint Secretary of the Ministry of
Ayush, Dr. Ramjee Singh, Dr.Torako Yui, the most notable figure in Japan's
Homeopathy and Mr. Kuldeep Jain,CEO, B.Jain group of companies along with many
other speakers that delivered their valuable insights on pertinent issues in
Homeopathy and Healthcare. In addition, Farokh J Master, the honorary Homeopathy
educationist and practitioner spoke on clinical homeopathic practices. Dr Anil
Khurana , Deputy Director General, Central Council for Research in Homeopathy,
spoke on substantive research being done by CCRH in the field of homeopathy.
Dr. Torako Yui introduced Japanese homoeopathy about 20 years ago gave a very
short history of homoeopathy compared to India, which is one of the largest
countries where people believe in Homeopathic treatment. She urged for the
support and cooperation from Indian homoeopathic doctors as well as from
Government of India for the same.
Dr. Jitender Sharma Joint Secretary of the Ministry Of Ayush expressed his pleasure
to say that the research in Homeopathy is at a very critical juncture and it seems as
a paradigm shift is going to come in health sector where alternative systems will
play a crucial role in coming times.
Dr Ramjee Singh, Director, Central Council of Homeopathy thanked Mr. Jiterdra
Sharma for having been kind enough to join at this event and also thanked the
government for starting a new ministry "AYUSH".

Dr. Geeta Arora presented a paper on the importance of testing of plant material in
homeopathy manufacturing.
Mr.Nishant Jain, Director, B Jain Pharmaceuticals said about quality control in
Homoeopathic products with huge demand of Indian products in foreign countries.
From Japan, Dr. Torako Yui was the main speaker who discussed about the Zen
method of treatment which is adhering to the teaching of Dr. Hahnemann. She
presented some intractable cases which were improved and cured by Zen method
of treatment where she emphasized on trinity concept i.e. soul-body-mind.
Among the Indian speakers, Dr.M.K.Sahani said about the reportorial approach to
acute illness in Homoeopathy.
Dr. Farokh Master made a vivid discussion on sycotic miasm, its modern concept
and prescribing indication of THUJA and MEDORRHINUM.
Dr. S.M.Singh said about the importance of evidence based Homoeopathy. He
presented a case of hypoxic ischaemic encephalopathu(HIE) and indication of
VANADIUM in this case.
Dr. L.M.Khan demonstrated about the art of case taking and concept of
individualization with an example of a case of STAPHYSAGRIA.
This conference was enriched by the presence of Japanese traditional musical
instrument Samisen player Mr. Chikuyo Yamamoto.
Book-stall by B.Jain Publishers and from CCRH along with Homoeopathic medicinal
products from both the countries made the conference more attractive.
