Position Summary:
The Marketing Manager oversees the national brand ambassador field marketing program for the Huberts
Lemonade brand. Key responsibilities include strategic planning, budget ownership, managing local brand and
college ambassadors in assigned markets, providing direction and support necessary to maintain program
standards and achieve goals. This position is responsible for ensuring national and local brand objectives are
being met by brand ambassadors in accordance with deadlines and direction. The ideal candidate is a goaloriented, hands-on individual who can quickly establish relationships and manage a growing field team while
focused on creating a highly effective and own able Huberts brand experience in the marketplace.
Strategic plan and develop field marketing program to support Brand and Sales leaders needs and
objectives
Manage and motivate a group of brand and college ambassadors
Actively generate trial & brand awareness of Huberts brand through guerilla sampling, events, account
seeding and influencer seeding
Maintain reporting inclusive of the following: scheduling, timesheets, execution insights, key learnings
and best practices, ambassador performance, coaching and follow up
Create, build and maintain strategic relationships with brand partners, key retailers and sales team in
order to grow the brand at retail
Achieve established success metrics as outlined by the program and deliver execution with excellence
Study market conditions and develops strategies with field team necessary to execute activations on a
local level, must stay current with market developments and opportunities as they happen
Manage product inventory and field marketing program expenses to budget
Partner with sales on developing local initiatives and product launches with distributors
Recruit, hire, train and continuously develop the field marketing managers, evaluate employee
performance, and create directives that enhance team performance
Develop strong rapport with field staff and management through consistent, professional communication
Schedule field market visits to monitor and evaluate teams performance when out in the field engaging
with consumers; regularly meet with local field marketing specialists
Identify opportunities to uniquely improve consumer experience both in store and in market
Lead conceptualizing field marketing programs and apply a sales strategy to establish a dominant brand
presence
