GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE CANDIDATE


1. The candidate must bring his/her admit card and a valid photo ID in original (voter card, PAN card, Aadhar card, driving license, etc).
2. The candidate should paste his/her recent passport size photograph in the space provided above and put his/her signature in the space provided in presence of
the invigilator.
3. Those who do not bring the admit card and photo Identy card (besides the Admit card) will not be permied to appear in the examinaon. Photo copy of photo ID
will not be accepted.
4. The candidate, before appearing in the wrien examinaon, should sasfy himself/herself regarding eligibility criteria desired for the post(s) with regard to
prescribed qualicaon, age, etc. as menoned in adversement.
5. The wrien examinaon is of objecve type mulple choice.
6. The duraon of the wrien examinaon is two hours i.e. from 1100 Hrs to 1300 Hrs. However, inial 20 minutes (from 1100 Hrs to 1120 Hrs) are meant for
distribuon and lling up of OMR response sheets. The remaining me is meant for aempng Paper-I (objecve type mulple-choice quesons) & Paper-II
(Descripve type).
7. The candidate must mark the answer in the OMR response sheet by completely darkening the relevant circle out of four given choices using Blue ball point pen
only.
8. Change of answers is not permied. Any change in answers by way of using the white/corrected uid or rubbing or erasing or smudging will entail cancellaon of
OMR sheet.
9. Qualifying the wrien examinaon is subject to fullment of eligibility criteria.
10. Appearance in the wrien examinaon is, however, provisional and does not entle the candidate for any claim for the post. The candidate will be treated as
de-barred ab-inio at any stage of the recruitment process in case he/she does not fulll any eligibility condions for the post(s).
11. Candidate must read the instrucons carefully before lling up the OMR sheets. Name, date of birth, category, etc should be lled in carefully and should be
idencal to the one entered in the online applicaon. No representaon seeking any change in the data in OMR sheet would be entertained at a later date.
12. While signing the aendance sheets during the examinaon, the candidate must ensure that he/she signs against his/her name only. If there is any spelling
mistake or whatsoever, the same should be brought to the noce of invigilator in wring but the candidate must not alter/change his/her name either in the admit
card or in the aendance sheet.
13. The OMR sheet or Answer sheet will not be replaced in any circumstances.
14. Candidates are advised to make sure about the locaon of their examinaon centre in advance so that they reach the examinaon centre on the specied date at
least 15 minutes before commencement of the examinaon. No candidate will be permied in the examinaon centre aer 1115 Hrs.
15. The candidate has to appear at the alloed centre only, failing which his/her candidature will stand cancelled.
16. No candidate will be permied to leave the examinaon centre before 1300 Hrs.
17. Before leaving the examinaon hall, the candidate must deposit his/her admit card, OMR response sheet & Answer sheet (& addional answer sheet, if any) to
the invigilator. Failure to do so would result in cancellaon of candidature.
18. The candidate can carry the queson paper aer conclusion of the examinaon.
19. Use of mobile phones, bluetooth or any other communicaon device or any other electronic gadgets like calculators, etc or any other material inside the
examinaon room is strictly prohibited. If any candidate is found in possession of any communicaon device, his/her candidature will be cancelled.
20. Any candidate found using unfair means or violang any instrucons or found involved in any undesirable acvity would be de-barred from the examinaon.
