Our Method:
Our task was to formulate a mixture of military technologies that would provide the greatest increase in
capability for the smallest amount of money. In formulating this bid we looked at present capabilities
and systems, as well as factors such as training, spare parts acquirement and possible degradation to the
current state of readiness during transition to new systems.

Maximizing Lethality:
We looked at Lethality simply using three factors. Deny the enemy the ability of reconnaissance.
Establish and maintain air superiority. Kill the enemy using superior firepower, speed and mobility. This
is the doctrine that Libertarian Governance Defense forces operate under and the prime reason why our
weapons systems are designed to be superior to all other systems currently available.

We propose that to be effective New Azura will need the ability to produce any weaponry in their
arsenal. You must be able to quickly move to resupply munitions and spare parts. Therefore, our
proposal includes establishing production capability for every system in this proposal. We will do this by
retooling existing plants and investing in the development of jointly run plants where retooling isn’t an
option. This will benefit New Azura by allowing the rapid expansion of forces, domestic resupply of
spare parts, munitions and increase domestic employment.

Conclusion:
The LG Defense Systems Inc., Proposal is based on our being able to provide domestic production rights
manufacturing using assets in New Azura under the subsidiary of LG Defense Systems of New Azura Inc.
The local subsidiary will utilize contracts with local manufacturers as needed to fulfill the order in as fast
a time as possible. This will of course be in conjunction with other LG Defense facilities around the
world.

The DPRs shall include the right to all upgrades and future versions of products. LG Defense shall also
retain the right to use New Azuran plants for production upon payment of a fee amounting to 30% of
the retail price of the produced equipment. This is a standard term with all countries in similar deals and
only accounts to excess production capability of the particular facility.

The total fee for these contract shall be USD 72 Trillion.
