FCF PARTNERS

Angelo Costa earned an architectural degree from La Sapienza University in Rome, in 2001 and
has a Ph.D. in Architettura e Costruzione, Spazio-Societ at the Faculty of Architecture Valle
Giulia of La Sapienza University in Rome. He is registered professionally as an Architect since
2002 with the Order of Architects of the City and Province of Rome.
Mr. Costa is founder and chief executive officer of Studio Costa Architecture. As the firms CEO
he closely follows the evolution of the project process, from feasibility study to construction
supervision, and deals with all design aspects and processing of construction documents.
Besides being involved in the architectural sector, Mr. Costa has dedicated himself to innovative
design and research activities by participating to national and international design competitions.
His leadership has successfully transitioned the company from a national to an international
consultancy and shaped the practice into a strong matrix organization capable of absorbing
projects of all sizes and categories.

Roberto Claverie, MSc. (Econ), PMP.

Managing Director

Mr. Claverie is a Master of Economical Science (Dipl.Volkswirt) from the University of Bonn,
Germany. He holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. He has professional
experience in Germany, Spain, United Arab Emirates and Italy.
His prior professional commitment was as Head of Operations and Project Management in a
company with more than 300 consultancy professionals. As the Managing Director, Mr. Claverie
is responsible for all the project management of the firm.
A results-oriented, hands-on construction professional with experience in all aspects of the
construction consultancy and projects with a total construction cost exceeding US $ 5 billion,
Mr.Claverie has been exposed to large scale projects, especially in Dubai, UAE, leading large
group of interdisciplinary professionals to achieve demanding market-related quality, cost
and time constraints. His outstanding experience in coordinating large teams of architects
and engineers and multi-party mega volume projects, combined with the strong knowledge in
project management and implementation of CPM, Business Analysis and cost control, provide
Mr. Claverie with the necessary tools in order to provide management, analysis and problem
solving throughout the life of a project.
