PROJECTS HANDLED
1) Client: Engro Fertilizers Limited Pakistan
Project: Wet Gas Filters For Ghotki Plant.
Role: Design Engineer.
Working as design engineer, this equipment was a three phase separator, and was
designed as per ASME Section VIII Div. 1, as well as U-Stamped by Authorized ASME
Inspector.
2) Client: Fauji Fertilizers Corporation (FFC), Pakistan.
Project: 4th Inter-stage Knockout Vessel for CO2 Compressor, For FFC-III.
Role: Design Engineer.
This Vessel was designed as a high pressure moderate temperature, made of SS-304L
and a BEU Type Exchanger was coupled at the Inlet nozzle of this vessel, this Separator
was designed as per ASME Section VIII Div. 1 and specifications of Snemprogetti.
Project: Distillation Column for FFC Goth Machi Plant.
Role: Design Engineer.
The Design of this column was based on ASME Section VIII Div. 1 and as well as UStamped, and specifications of Snemprogetti was followed as supplementary
requirement, total elevation of this column was 55 meters and inside diameter was
3500 mm approx. with having very complex internal support configuration for bubble
cap trays.
Project: Slug Catcher for FFC.
Role: Design Engineer.
01 No. of high pressure moderate temperature vessel working as slug catcher, material
was NACE MR0175 compliant and was designed as per ASME Section VIII Div. 1 as well
as design, drawings and Fabrication was reviewed by authorized inspector.
3) Client: MOL PAKISTAN OIL AND GAS CO. B.V.
EPC. PDIL Pakistan.
Project: Makori Field Development Surface Facilities. Role: Design Engineer.
09 Nos. of code stamped vessel such as knock out drums, decanting vessels, slop
vessels, LPG storage vessels and oil storage vessels of CS material designed as per
ASME Section VIII Div. 1, and specifications of PDIL.
03 Nos. LPG storage vessels were designed on ASME Section VIII Div. 1, and EEMUA 190
2000,
a saddle less mounded Design.
FEA for the foundation saddles for finger type slug catcher.
02 Nos. of double pipe heat exchangers designed on ASME Section VIII Div. 1.
12)
Client: Pakistan Petroleum Limited.
EPC:
Exterran
UAE,
PDIL
Pakistan.
Project: Adhi III Expansion Project.
Role: Lead Design Engineer.
Mechanical design of 05 nos. of shell and tube heat exchangers, 02 of them are AES., 02
of them are BEU type exchanger all of them shall complied to API 660, TEMA 9th edition
and ASME section VIII div. 1 as well as U-stamped. And 01 of them is DES type heat
exchanger having a special mono bloc front channel.
13)
Client: ADMA
EPCC: Technip-NPCC Consortium.
Project: UMM LULU PHASE II FULL FIELD DEVELOPMENT PROJECT PACKAGE 2.
Role: Lead Design Engineer.
Mechanical design and fabrication of 10 Nos. of pressure vessels as per ASME Section VIII
Div. 1, client specification and BP-Standards. All of these pressure vessels are to be
installed on floating deck therefore a calculation been prepared for the weld joint between
saddles and deck to withstand the loads of vessel in wind. Applicable wind loads are as per
API 2 RP WSD therefore another calculation sheet was developed to calculate wind
applicable pressure on the vessels.
07/2010 To 06/2011
Worked there as a Trainee (Static and Rotary Equipment Maintenance Engineer )In SULPHUREX Plant
in Detergent Unit of Colgate Palmolive Pakistan with several duties like scheduling shutdowns for
maintenance, planning maintenance during power breakdown, hands on experience of maintenance
and cleaning of pumps, motors, piping, pressure vessels, heat exchangers, ECPs., and furnaces, etc.
