"In1572,theJesuits,withthehelpofPrinceHenryIIIwere
responsiblefortheSt.Bartholomew'sDayMassacre.Atthisinfamous
event,whichtookplaceonAugust15,1572,theJesuitsmurderedthe
Huguenot(Protestant)leadersgatheredinParisfortheweddingof
PrincessMargaret,aRomanCatholic,andHenryofNavarre,a
Huguenot.ThemurdersinspiredRomanCatholicstoslaughter
thousandsofHuguenotmen,women,andchildren.HenryofNavarre
wasnotkilledbutwasforcedtorenounceProtestantism,althoughhis
renounciationwasinsincere,andheremainedaProtestantuntil
1593.ThenumberofvictimsinthisJesuitconspiracyisestimatedto
beatleast10,000.In1589,whenHenryIIIwasnolongerusefulto
theRomanCatholicChurch,hewasassassinatedbyamonkbythe
nameofJacquesClement.Clementwascalledan'angel'bythe
Jesuitpriest,Camelot.AnotherJesuitpriestbythenameofGuigard,
whowaseventuallyhanged,taughthisstudentsthatClementdid
nothingwrong.InfacthevoicedregretsthatHenryIIIhadnotbeen
murderedearlierattheSt.Bartholomew'sDayMassacre.He

JeanChatelwhohadbeenTAUGHTbyJesuitteachersandhad

Sixyearslater,"In1598,KingHenryIVissuedtheEdictofNantes,
grantingreligiousfreedomtotheHuguenots[Protestants].Theywere
allowedfullcivilrightsandtherighttoholdpublicworshipservicesin
townswheretheyhadcongregations"[S1P93].
Well"Thiswasthelaststraw!HenrytheIVhadtobeeliminated!This
timetheJesuitswouldallowformorecarefulplanning.EdmundParis
detailstheassassinationofKingHenryIV:

sovereignandthePapacyunitedintheireffortstosendintoEngland
bandsofhighlytrainedJesuits.Bythese,plotafterplotwashatched

fromtheBible,backtoRomanism.Asameanstothisend,they
