1.3

Companion Ticketing - Exchanges

When issuing adult/companion tickets in conjunction with a ticket exchange, it is necessary to
issue separate tickets for each passenger by using 3.5 (command) pricing.
Exchange ticketing requires that each ticket be issued separately to ensure that the proper ticket
number is printed on each passenger's ticket, which is an International Air Transportation
Association (IATA) requirement.
Companion Ticketing - Even Exchange

The even exchange entry is the same as presented in the even exchange module with one
exception: the companion fare basis. All normal requirements of an even exchange entry are still
required.

The purpose of this entry is to issue an even exchange ticket for the companion passenger.
