A. DESCRIPTION OF LEARNERS: The learners are Mr. and Mrs. Raffy Molina and the patient Carl Raffy Molina from Upper Brookside, Baguio City,
Benguet. These clients lack enough knowledge about Nephrotic Syndrome. Furthermore, these clients need more specialized information about
appropriate interventions such as
