support services. Prior to joining Exzatech, Dipak Banerjee
has worked in CESC (power sector), IBM, HCL and Tata
Consulting Services. Dipak is a Bachelor Degree holder in
Electrical Engineering from Jadavpur University, Kolkata. Mr. Dipak Banerjee is a
SAP certified consultant in Plant Maintenance module.
During his ten years of SAP tenure, Mr. Banerjee has managed multiple end to end
SAP transformation projects across industry verticals like manufacturing, power

to the prospective client. Exzatech is discussing with hardware vendors like IBM and DELL as
well as with SAP to form a formal alliance in lieu of the above.
Exzatech is currently working on creating a financial scheme which can enable the
prospective clients to avail software loans through easy EMI. Customer can procure license,
hardware and service without making any down payment if the service is availed through
Exzatech only.
Exzatech has identified a set of 3000 SMEs in local market and is trying to reach them once
the above mentioned scheme becomes effective.
Exzatech is in the process of setting up a few strategic alliances with some of the local
partners and thereby leveraging their immense influence on Bangladesh Govt. , to grab a
sizeable chunk of business from Govt. and semi govt. enterprises.
