Program Manager

SELECT ACCOMPLISHMENTS:
Held the lead role in managing a multi-million dollar, multi-national program for the design and production of cabin

Member of the Site Leadership Council to assist in launching the Meggitt Production system and utilizing Daily
Layered Accountability (DLA) meetings reviewing safety, quality, delivery, inventory and productivity concerns and
corrective actions.
Managed $26.2 million Robertson Fuel Systems aviation program from contract to completion. Provided crossfunctional team leadership to ensure quality product delivered on schedule (2010 2015).
Managed a Robertson Fuel Systems Bradley Fighting Vehicle (BFV) ground vehicle fuel cell program with a scope
of 4129 production units valued at over $59.8 million (2010 2013).
Managed the team that achieved Robertson Fuel Systems 100% on time delivery for the last fourteen months
through January 2015 and 100% Quality Performance for the last seven out of twelve months in 2014.
Achieved record monthly order for over $4 Million Robertson aviation fuel cells in May 2011.
Led a joint effort involving engineering teams from Meggitt and Airbus Helicopter for the development of fuel cells for
the EC-145. Project involved multiple trips to Germany for program reviews and First Article Inspection checks.
Managed Northrop Grummans F/A-18 E/F Super Hornet fuel cell program from production starts to delivery from
April 2011 December 2012.
