PRESIDENT REPORT & ADVISMENT

Advised of lock box and purpose, which is located at the school

Advised of having list of all members from night of PTSA establishment; need to get info from
regional PTSA so that we may sign up more members.
Advised of that PTSA training TBD; *should receive special regard due to Stilwell being newly
established.
Assigned Tesjuan Hyland as parliamentarian and social media administrator
Gave synopsis of meeting with Student Government Association.
PTSA focus will be on Events as much as fund raising

TREASURY REPORT

Advised of lock box and purpose, which is located at the school

Advised of needing a letter head with all board members names and titles on it from Principal
Roberson so that a Bank Account can be established for the PTSA. Objective date: 2/11/15

None with PTSA sponsorship or presentation to date

Obtaining the PAC schedule; also getting with Ms. Wiley about access and use by Stilwell
Upcoming Ball and Pageant presented by SGA
School colors by grade level and need to clarify
Issue regarding purchase of class shirts by SGA and vendor
Possible vendor consolidation and process for faculty, SGA, and PTSA
Obtaining parent email list or access to school announcement blast or inclusion on school
website
Parent liaison position open at Stilwell
Obtaining teacher and administrator email list for better communication
Establishing sponsorship and tiers; also having the SGA involved
Contact and use of the Clayton Chamber of Commerce
Year book issues and cost
Student participation in school announcements
Communication break down between school and parents and how the PTSA can help bridge the
gap
Social Media presence (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Kik, and Snapchat)
Permission of use of student arts(all forms) and images and a/v of students
