El xito de una empresa depende en buena parte de cmo esta se relacione con
su entorno, pues el contexto en el que se mueve puede ayudar o dificultar la toma
de decisiones estratgicas y, desde luego, su operacin. De ah la necesidad de
tener en cuenta las condiciones y factores que nos rodean para formular la
propuesta de empresa y no crear una que no d respuesta a las demandas de los
agentes externos, traducindose esto en prdida de tiempo, esfuerzo y recursos.

environment.
The success of a company depends in good part of how this relates to your
environment, because the context in which moves can help or hinder the taking of
strategic decisions and, of course, its operation. Hence the need to take account of
the conditions and factors that surround us to formulate the proposal to company
and not to create one that does not give response to the demands of external
agents, translated this into loss of time, effort and resources.
The idea of business and the future business environment are those factors of the
external environment that may affect directly or indirectly, its creation, development
and sustainability in the short and long term. There are many dimensions in which
we can engage the environment and what we can talk about. Environment internal,
external, economic, technological, political and legal, social, cultural, partners,
distributors, competitors, associations, etc.
Analyze and understand the environment, competition, customer and sector, will
provide organizations information relevant to the opportunities and threats facing
the Organization, once all threat should not be seen only as a problem but as an
opportunity. On the other hand, understanding the analysis of results, products,
organizational and resource, will report us information relevant to our strengths and
weaknesses.
