hallway replaced.
Tim Baker snow removal done twice
Johnette face plate needs to be repaired in
sacristy, Tim to insert material and reinsert
screws.

 Johnette everyone should be alert to water

intrusion due to melting snow / ice.

Building Committee
Tim Baker parish meeting of 3/2/2014 presented
3 plans to get people thinking. Bishops needs to
approval
Brad Selby City will not participate in diagonal
parking. City will install storm drainage if Trinity
does decide to continue this project.
Original Deeds did not define property lines. There
is no alley, all utilities are on private property.
Received cost estimate from PSR. Estimate was
approximately twice what was anticipated.
Estimate was received for $323,000. Kimi
recommended Sparks. Tim Baker will resign if
Sparks is selected. Search will be expanded to
receive other builders. Landscaping, windows
could be changed to save money. Tim to check if
contractor bid labor at Prevailing wage. Building
committee meeting to be held 3/22/2014.

 Bishop Committee to setup meeting with

congregation.
Alec and Krista to come up with suggestions
on fund raising.
Glen Moritz has approached Kevin Minch as to
be painting contractor. Decision was made to
have anyone who wants to work on the
project has to go through the Prime
Contractor to be selected.
