Cancasa, also called Chanshasha or Red Willow Bark.

I'm guessing the question

arose from one of Dr. Sebi's lectures. He uses a lot of indigenous names, so a lot of
people often ask me about the herbs he mentions.
Willow bark has been used for pain throughout history. During the time of
Hippocrates in Greece around 400 B.C., people were advised to chew on willow bark

its effects are similar to aspirin but it is easy on your stomach.

General information about: Tabernanthe Iboga

The information below is for iboga root bark. The root powder is not as strong as the
root bark and is sold for those who like to expiriment with iboga.

Iboga is the powdered root bark of the Tabernanthe iboga plant, which grows in the
rainforests of Central Africa, especially in Gabon and Congo. It contains a dozen
indole alkaloids of which ibogaine being the most important. Ibogaine is a strong
psycho-active stimulant, which in high doses produces hallucinogenic effects. Iboga
visions are multi-sensual, affecting all five senses. For some it also leads to an
encounter with the Divine. Among the native population the bark of the iboga root is
chewed during hunting to be able to stay motionless and alert for days, or to
perceive visions from their ancestors during initiation rites.
Effects

Low doses: leads to light flashes, sensory enhancement and motorial difficulties.
Medium doses: leads to light flashes, sensory enhancement, motorial difficulties and
insight into personal events from the past.
High doses: leads to light flashes, sensory enhancement, motorial difficulties,
insight into personal events from the past and encounters with archetypal stuctures
deeper in the stream of consciousness. This trip can last up to 24 hours!

Western scientists have claimed that iboga would bring about a reduced desire for
addictive substances. However this product is not suitable for fighting addictions
without any professional help.
Usage

Preparation:
Soak in hot water for half an hour. The drink can then either be strained and drunk
or simply drunk with the plant material. Some people combine it with other plants,
such as Alchornea floribunda or Cannabis.
Dosage:
Native cults use 2 or 3 grams for women and 3 to 5 for men. Take a maximum of 5
grams for a psychedelic effect. In the Bwiti cult the drug is taken in 2 ways:
regularly in small doses before and in the early part of their ceremonies, followed
after midnight by a smaller dose; and once or twice during the initiation to the cult
in excessive doses of 1 to 3 basketfulls over an 8 to 24 hour period. This to break

open the head, thus inducing contact with the ancestors through collapse and
hallucination.
Warning

The first time take a small dosage (0.5 - 1 gram) to test your sensitivity to iboga. An
iboga trip can be intense and people can react differently to it.
Make sure a sober, preferably experienced sitter is standby to avoid any accidents.
Do not use when: pregnant, depressed, on medication, driving motorised vehicles,
under 18 years old, in combination with other stimulants or alcohol. When in doubt
consult your doctor.
