Work Terms:

Packing:
Bundles of 20 Cathodes, bound with Steel Straps, Packed into 20 tones FCL (Full Container Load).
Procedure:
1. Seller send FCO, Buyer amend sign Return Back
2. Sellerr sends Form of DLC of Seller Bank to be reviewed by Buyer Banker and approve it by signingIt and
stamp
3 .Buyer and seller Both Exchange Signed FCO

5. The Seller provides draft of the Contract to be checked and approved by Buyer,
Buyer and seller signs contract, stamp it and send it to each other through electronic mail. They will change

face or via express mail.
6. After Buyer receive the contract signed, buyer will send to the seller a draft of the payment instrument
inst
(DLC)
to be approved by seller bank
9. Buyer releases the payment instrument (DLC) irrevocable, confirmed to the seller's designatedbank
Account.

10. Seller assumes all costs of loading the product on the vessel for shipment to a port designated bythe buyer.
11. TheSeller, through his clearing and forwarding agent ship the goods to buyer destination
12.Partial shipment and Trans shipment is not allowed.
(13.)The Full Payment Will Be Released After Inspection At Destination Port.
Quantity of Goods:

Quantity of each shipment is in MTW (+/- 5%).
The goods will be delivered within 30 days after the Buyer's payment instrument
acceptance by the Seller's nominated bank.
In case short/over weight exceeds +/- 5% the Seller/Buyer shall compensate Buyer/Seller for
the amount excluding the franchise on the basis of contracted price.
Quality of Goods:
The Electrolytic Copper Cathodes shall conform to LME (BS6017) Standards and
Specifications in Appendix hereto.

Copper Cathodes: Cu 99.99% Purity.
Electrolytic Grade A: Shape - Rectangular Leaves, Size - 914mm x 914mm.
Thickness: 12mm approx.
Shipping Documents:
1) Signed Commercial Invoice 3 Originals and 3 Copies.
2) Complete set of (3/3) Marine Bill of Lading by International Shipping Company Marked
"Clean on Board".

2. Commercial invoice issued by seller: 3 originals and 3 original copies showing Contract
Number, description of goods, pieces of bundles of goods, unit price, total amount, gross/net
weights of the goods.
3. Quality certificate issued by OCC : showing the quality and all required by chemical
structure as shown in Appendix hereto of the goods according to the present content.
4. Original certificate of origin issued by Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the country of
export: 1 originals and 3 original copies.
After Buyer signs and stamps the FCO, all terms, conditions and price stated above shall be included in the

Draft Sale Purchase Agreement.
