Executive Summary

This thesis has been prepared as per the academic requirement of the Bachelor of
Hotel Management (BHM) eight semester program of Purbanchal University. As per
the requirement, I got an opportunity to write my first thesis on the topic; The Value
of Handicraft development for tourism growth in Bhaktapur, Nepal
Major variables on my thesis:

Handicraft: Handmade Crafts

Tourism Growth: Cultural Tourist
Bhaktapur: Historic Place

Through the collection of data from the various sources including primary or
secondary, the thesis is prepared systematically including from introduction, literature
review, Research Methodology, Data Collection and Analysis, Summary, Conclusion
and Recommendation.
Overall the thesis is prepared to show the linkage between how the crafts can be the
favorable object for tourism growth. Developing the ethnic value and original taste
