Administration, New Delhi from July 11 to 15, 2005 which was sponsored by the
Government of India.

Comments Innovations, Contribution to Teaching & Comments a)

Design of curriculum - Being Member of Syllabi Revision Committee of the then

Department of Public Administration, North Eastern Hill University, Mizoram Campus
and now Mizoram University, revised MA syllabi in Public Administration in 1995,
2001, and 2008.

b)

Under Graduate syllabi in Public Administration were also revised in 1993 and 2004.

c)

Acted as a Director/In-charge of the General Seminar of the Deptt. of Public

Administration held on each Saturday/Friday for the students of the Department for a
number of years (ie. 1995-1996, 1998-1999, 2000-2001 and 2003.

d)

Acted as a Coordinator and Supervisor of the Four-Week Practical Training of the

Students of the Third Semester, MA in Public Administration, attached to the different
Department of Government of Mizoram in collaboration with the Administrative
Training Institute, Government of Mizoram during the years 1991-1992, 1992-1993,
1996-2000, 2001-2004.

Lecturer i/c, Study Tour of the Department of Public Administration during 7-21
January, 2004 visiting IIPA, New Delhi, LBSNAA, Mussoorie, Election Commission of
India, New Delhi, Forest Research Institute, Dehradun etc where academic interactions
with the functionaries took place.

f)

Director/Convener of the Faculty Members Seminar in the Department of Public

Administration, NEHU, Mizoram Campus, during the academic year of 1989-1990.

Acted as Resource person by the Administrative Training Institute (ATI), Govt. of
