Dear Sir;
Pertaining to your requirement, we are pleased to submit herewith our proposal for the above subject as
stated hereunder:

I.

Scope of Works:
Supply of the following; Design, Engineering, Material, Labor, Fabrication, Installation & Supervision
for the 20000 Gals Water Tank.

II.

Price:
Our Price for the above scope of work is Two Million Six Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos Only (P
2,650,000.00) inclusive of Vat

III.

Terms of Payment:
Due to the volatility of material with would like to ask for a 40-% Down payment with 5-% Retention
upon completion & turnover, balance will be on a bi-monthly percentage progress billing, to be
release 5-Days upon receipt of the percentage billing.

IV.

Completion:
The whole endeavour could be completed within (75) Seventy Calendar Days upon receipt of the
down payment and notice to proceed (NTP)

V.

Validity of the Offer:

Our offer is valid up to December 15, 2014 after which is subject to our confirmation & approval.

VI.

General Terms & Condition:

1. Light, Water & Power for our workers at site to supplied by owner, free of charge to ABCumpio
(AES);.
2. Temporary Facilities (bunkhouse/field office) & Lay-Down Area for our materials to be provided
by AGRO POWER free of charge;
3. Any government permits shall be owners account and ABCumpio (AES) to assist in the
preparation of drawings needed in the procurement of such permits;.
4. AGRO POWER, to provide security personnel at the site 24-hrs a day;
5. ABCumpio (AES) workers will abide to the rules & regulation implemented by AGRO POWER;
6. Tank Shell will be of ASTM A-36 Mild Steel Plates, Tower Structure will be B.I. Pipe sch. 40 and
surface preparation is by power brushing with 2 coats of red lead oxide, 2 coats of enamel
finish coat for outside surface and internal shall be coated with vegetable oil;
7. Concrete for footing & pedestal including tie beam shall be 3000 psi and all deformed bars will
be Grade 40. Any excess excavated soil shall be disposed within 20 meter from the tank
proper;
8. Reference Ht. of the Tank will be 40-0 from the natural ground to the top of the Tank(see
attached drawing)
9. Site Preparation & Clearing is not included in ABCumpio (AES) offer;
10. Our offer is solely for the Tank, Tank Support & Tank Foundation Only. Piping is not included in
our offer unless agreed by both parties.
