Invention of Indonesia manufactered Car, ESEMKA and its utilization for national pride
The opposition side would like to ask the court to decide that,
1. Whether the government hasnt been supportive enough in supporting the idea of
national car.
2. Whether ESEMKA Car isnt ready for the market and nation-wide competition
with other manufactured .
Statement of Fact
When the product of the country want to compete with foreign product, the product
must have standaritation of international. Example in indonesia , there is a new product of
ESEMKA. This product
Statement of Pleads
First, the oppotion pleads the court to decide that the government hasnt been
supportive enough in supporting the idea of national car. We can see ESEMKA car need
much money to develop the quality of the car. And the cost come from the government if
the government seriously to make this car has the same quality with foreign car and used it
become service car. The cost is from APBN, but the result of the APBN is low to fulfill all
the necessity of citizen. We can seen in other side, if there are so many Indonesias society
live in proverty. The government will give more thinking to make the APBN for develop
the ESEMKA car, because this money more give advantage to poor society. And the
government not have planning to build BUMN like IPTN (Industry of Plane) or BUMN of
produce of the technology. Without it the ESEMKA car cant to produce in big level. Its
mean that the government is not seriously support this product. And the government has
many consider to develop this product.
Second, the oppotion pleads the court to decide that ESEMKA Car isnt ready for
the market and nation-wide competition with other manufactured. We can see that the

ESEMKA car is no ready to compete with the foreign car. Because we know that until
this time the ESEMKA car dont has the sertrificate of the standard from government.
ESEMKA car dont get the standard of expediency from the Ministry of Technology
and not get the standard of administrative from BBPPT. It can make the problem for
ESEMKA product. Because the produce of this car will stopped because there is not
standard of expediency from the government. We know that the society wiil not buy the
product when the product not get the standaritation of government. And the other
problem is many society in this country still believe that the foreign product is better
compared with the domestic product. Whereas, the ESEMKA car is produced by the
student in one of SMK and they think the foreign product is good because it has the
international standard. ESEMKA car have the many obstacle to entered in international
market. Because according the history, a car from Indonesia always failed to follow the
regulation of WTO (World Trade Organization). And there is not the long planning for a
long term about ESEMKA car that the government will do something to make this
product can achieved by international market.
