Promotion valid till 14 November 2014. A 24-month contract applies. Applicable for
service addresses that are fibre serviceable. A registration fee of $53.50 is chargeable for
all Fibre Home Bundle plans only.
SingNet reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions of this promotion without
any prior notice. All prices are inclusive of 7% GST and information is correct at the time
of printing.
An installation charge of $90 (Weekday) $145 (Weekend) is chargeable when required.
For any request to change the appointment day, the installation will be charged based
on the rate of the initial appointment. In the event whereby customer is out of premise
during the agreed installation appointment resulting in rescheduling of installation, a
$90(Weekday) $145(Weekend) charge is applicable for missed appointment. Wiring
charge of $80.25 will apply for wiring service from the modem to each computer/device
within the first 35m; additional $10 is applicable for every subsequent 5m wiring length.
The wiring service is free for 1st mioTV set-top box on SingTel Fibre Entertainment
Bundle plans; however it is chargeable for each subsequent new mioTV set-top box signups.
The local throughput performance is measured within SingNet through a local speed test
server and the international throughput performance is measured through a speed test
server in the US. In actual usage, the download speed may be subjected to the
performance and connectivity of the destination application or web server which is not
within SingNets span of control. Experience average local and international download
speed as advertised 95% of the time. For more information, visit

Free Installation Promotion: Modem installation (weekday) worth $90 will be waived for
300M and above Fibre Broadband plans. OpenNet Fibre Termination Point (FTP) will be
waived for 500M Fibre Home Bundle and all Fibre Entertainment Plans. The FTP
installation fee is waived for the first 15 metres of optical fibre, subsequent wiring is
chargeable. In the event whereby FTP installation is not required, this waiver amount
cannot be used to offset any other charge(s).
Free Internal Home Wiring & Wireless Access Point: Applicable for 500M Fibre plans
only. Free wiring worth $80.25 is using Cat 5e Cable and only up to 35m from Residential
Gateway to Wireless Access Point worth $299. Promotion is not
refundable/exchangeable for cash
Free Months Subscription on Fibre Entertainment Bundle: Only applicable with any
Gold Pack/Super Pack sign ups. Free months will be reflected on the first months of the
contract.

Free 4G Mobile BroadBand Plan (500MB): Applicable to 200M, 300M and 500M Fibre
BroadBand plans only. A 24-month contract applies. The bundled worth of data is only
applicable for local data access and cannot be used to offset SMS, MMS or BlackBerry
charges. Standard GPRS/3G roaming rates apply. 4G excess data usage is charged at the
prevailing rate of $10.70/GB and capped at $188/mth for unlimited usage. The
download speed of the individual price plan will be limited to 64kbps if the monthly local
data bundle is exceeded at any time during the customers monthly bill cycle. The speed
limit will be lifted at the start of the next bill cycle. Not applicable with any other Mobile

mio TV: Family+ is offered to Fibre Entertainment Bundle subscribers as part of the
bundle and is valid with a new or recontract 24 months Fibre Entertainment Bundle.
Subscribers may not unbundle the subscription of individual channels within the content
packs. Packaging of channels and content is at the sole discretion of SingNet. Set-top box
rental applies. Contracts for all content pack(s)/channel(s) are entered into by the
Customer on the basis that content is provided via mio TV Set Top Boxes. Fibre
Entertainment Bundle customers will receive a $20 discount off their monthly
subscription if they subscribe to a Gold Pack. All offers are only applicable to addresses
within mio TV Service coverage area. SingNet reserves the right to amend any
promotional price in its sole discretion. A SingTel Fixed Line Telephony Service is
required and standard charges apply. All mio TV content is subject to change, removal,
replacement or addition at SingNets sole discretion. Subscription is subject to the terms

Cross-Carriage Customers: Only the mio Stadium+ Pack is available for subscription by
Cross- Carriage Customers. All mio TV content provided to the Cross-Carriage Customer
is subject to change, removal, replacement or addition from time to time at SingNets
sole discretion. Cross- Carriage Customers who subscribe to the mio Stadium+ Pack will
not have access to live streaming of mio Stadium channels on the mio TV GO application.
If SingNet is no longer required under the direction issued by the Media Development
Authority of Singapore or any Law to provide the BPL content/channel(s) to the CrossCarriage Customer, SingNet may terminate the Agreement (and/or the provision of any
BPL content/channel(s) to the Cross- Carriage Customer) immediately without being
required to make any payment, compensation or damages to the Cross-Carriage
Customer by notice in writing. Subscription is subject to the terms and conditions of mio
TV Service, including SingTels General Terms and Conditions and Specific Terms and
Conditions of mio TV Service (see http://mio.singtel.com/miotv/tnc.asp).
Free Wireless Dual-band AC Modem: Only applicable to customers for new Fibre
Broadband sign-ups or existing customers with incompatible modems. The current
modem warranty of existing customers with compatible modems will be extended and
valid till the end of the new contract period. Wireless Modem is Win/Mac compatible.

Free 24-months Security Suite: Each 500M Fibre Bundle entitles for only one free 24month Security suite service. Security Suite (WinOS) can be downloaded and installed on
a maximum of three (3) computers for each subscription. Security Suite (MacOS) can be
downloaded and installed on one (1) Macintosh for each subscription. Subsequent
months will be charged at usual price of $5 per month.
Free 24-month Home LIVECam: Each 500M Fibre Bundle plan entitles for only one free
24-month Home LIVECam subscription with purchase of new camera at $98. SingNet
reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions of this promotion without any
prior notice. A mobile device with Android 4.0 and above or iOS 5 and above is required
for this service.
Home Digital Line: Unlimited local calls are for digital home line only and do not include
1900 and IDD calls. Home Digital Line does not work on PABX and security alarm
systems. Usage charges apply for analogue home lines.
Store & Share: A storage space of 10GB is given free as part of exPress Portal for all
SingTel Fibre BroadBand subscribers. Integrated Wireless Modem is Win/Mac
compatible.
10% mobile line discount: Only valid to customers who have signed up for Fibre Home
Bundle. Only one mobile line nomination is allowed. Mobile line nominated must be
under the same subscriber as the Fibre Home Bundle, applicable to SingTel Mobile price
plans: Combo Plans, SuperLite, Lite, Value, Plus, Prestige. The following price plans:
SuperSIM Plans, Silver Plans, Youth Plans, Special Plan, Staff/FOSS/Staff & Family Plans,
Easy Mobile Plans and Corporate Individual Scheme (CIS) are not eligible for nomination.
Mobile Multi-Line discount: Only valid for customers who have signed up for mio
Home/Fibre Entertainment Bundle. All mobile multi-line nominations must be under the
same residential address, applicable to SingTel Mobile price plans: Combo Plans,
SuperLite, Lite, Value, Plus, Prestige, Easy Mobile Plans. Annual handset upgrade and
15% discount on v019 calls are only applicable for the nominated First Mobile Line
(Keyline) if the line is subscribed to a Residential price plan. Easy Mobile Plans and lines
enjoying Corporate Individual Scheme (CIS) rates are not eligible for annual handset
upgrade or 15% discount on v019 calls. The following price plans: SuperSIM Plans, Silver
Plans, Youth Plans, Special Plan, Staff/FOSS/Staff & Family Plans, Easy Mobile Plans and
Corporate Individual Scheme (CIS) are eligible for nomination to count towards the total
mobile lines solely for the purpose of determination of the applicable discount rate.
Such lines will not enjoy the actual mobile multi-line discount.
15% off v019 on Fibre Entertainment Bundle: To enjoy 15% off v019, customer has to
request for the IDD service to be activated.
