SmartGen "Micro" Encoder is the quick and inexpensive way to have an RDS/RBDS presence. The SmartGem
"Micro" is able to transmit basic RDS information such as the Program Service name(PS), Program
Identification(PI), Alternative Frequencies(AF), Program Type(PTY). Decoder Information and Music / Speech
flag are also supported. USB connectivity makes it easy to program the non-volatile memory using any PC and
the supplied Windows software. After programming, the unit may be disconnected and re-installed at the
transmitter site. Though it is not capable of "dynamic" messaging with song titles, SmartGen "Micro" will
identify your station by format, display your station's "street name", and continuously transmit any station
promo or advertising message to your listeners.

The SmartGen 4 is a full-function RadioData encoder that conforms to European and US standards for FM
datacasting. It supports all service IDs and offers simultaneous scrolling-PS and RadioText messaging.
2-way addressability includes a front-panel USB port for fast and easy static register programming of station

The DB3000 FM Modulation Analyzer is a digital FM demodulator and modulation analyzer. The RF (IF) and
MPX signal is digitalized as soon as it enters the device, and all signal processing is then made through
calculations. Digitizing in this way, at the input gives the equipment measurement reproducibility over time.
Digital filters accuracy, used in this equipment, enables the FM multiplex signals components to be accurately
and repeatedly reproduced from one device to another, i.e. same signal applied to two devices will give the
same result. The processing power in this equipment enables all measurements to be refreshed
simultaneously and synchronously, thereby allowing for detailed readings of all the Multiplex FM signal
components.
DB3000 incorporates easy to read, high-resolution bargraph displays that allow reading the main signal
parameters at a glance. The built-in DB3000 Oscilloscope representing the observed signal change over time,
enables you to visualize the most important signals participating in the process of demodulating and stereo
decoding. Similarly to the Oscilloscope mode, Spectrum analyzer is a mode for spectral analysis of the input
signal and part of DB3000 features. Spectral components of the selected signal are determined on the base of
Fast Fourier Transform. MPX Power measurement, supporting measurement history data is yet another
DB3000s great feature. In addition to the list of DB3000 features, RDS information that is contained in the
processed MPX signal is easily visualized and represented as RDS/RBDS Data and RDS/RBDS Statistics.
Adjustable Alarms enable Alarm Signal for the most important signals and signal components and parameters
to be generated and fed to the Rear Panel Alarm Terminal for remote alarm notification. DB3000 is designed to
support RS232, USB and LAN communication interfaces, allowing flexibility in remote connection and control
of the unit. Dependable off-air monitoring lets you keep an eye on other stations in the market as well as
measuring the important parameters of your own signal.

DB4000 is the most cost effective unit for permanent monitoring of the quality and continuity of up to 50 FM
Radio Stations with innovative features such as TCP/IP connectivity, audio streaming and automatic alerts on
out of predefined ranges in regards with the ITU-R. In case of any faults in the transmission the maintenance
staff will be immediately alerted via E-mail or SMS which allows to the technicians to restore a normal service
as soon as possible. This tool enhances the radio stations' quality control management.
DB4000 allows you through its TCP/IP and GSM (optional external GSM Modem) Connectivity to monitor all
the RDS/RBDS and some other signal parameters from anywhere. You can easily receive the channel status
or listen to the audio from anywhere, using your mobile phone. With the external Audio Stream Server option

The DB5000 recovers the additional inaudible RDS information which is transmitted by FM radio broadcasting
stations and operates in accordance with all the European RDS and The American RBDS standards and
specifications. The device is made up of two sections: Purely digital RDS demodulator module with cascaded
antialiasing and 8th order bandpass filter for precise RDS band selection and a demodulating section that
performs the extraction of RDS data stream coming from the MPX composite and direct 57kHz input and builtin FM Stereo tuner module with own RDS/RBDS decoder for off-air reception. The DB5000 can be used like
very simple spectrum analyzer for remote investigating the FM Band via Internet. The composite port is
suitable for connecting to any MPX output of any FM receiver or modulation monitor.
The RDS data is displayed on a superb 2x40 character LCD. It shows program service name, format and
program IDs, alternative frequencies, RDS clock, TP and TA flag status, scrolling 64 characters long radio texts
and in-house messages, traffic and emergency alerts. A rear-panel TCP/IP port allows remote using the unit

The "Band Scanner" is a simple, low-cost scanning receiver for FM market analysis. This is a market
monitoring tool intended to Station engineers, Managers and Program Directors. The "Band Scanner" can
create detailed play list reports for any station broadcasting artist and song title information with Radio Text.
Managers and Program Directors can compare their own RDS text rotations to other stations in the market.
Engineers can monitor real-time field intensity data for any station, as well as review strip charts for analysis of
the entire band. Precision MPX peak deviation meter is included in the product. It plugs into the USB port of

"MAXIMIZER" is an MPX processor which is able to effectively and precisely control the amplitude of the signal
before it is fed to the transmitter. The inclusion of a stereo enhancer after the processor will justify the addition
of this component in the transmission chain. The stereo enhancer should be inserted after the processor for
maximum effect; this will, however, alter the stability of modulation defined by the processor. Another device is
thus required to restrict this parameter between acceptable limits.
Whoever works with composite MPX signals will know only too well the sensitivity of the parameters involved;
MAXIMIZER effectively controls amplitude (and therefore also modulation depth) without having any effect on
the quality of the output signal.

The best device to fight the dreaded dead air problem is the DB8000 from Deva Broadcast Ltd. It is designed
and built to be simple, flexible, reliable and easy for integration with the existing setups of any single station to
a large radio networks. The basic principle of DB8000 is that this unit can detect the silence and start playback
of a preliminary created play list on the built-in MP3 player.
The MP3 backup audio files and play lists can be uploaded in the DB8000 from your PC using any FTP client.
