She is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and
owns her own private practice (Developmental
Intervention Specialists, Inc.) in South Florida.
Belkis oversees home, school and clinic based
services consisting of behavior management plans
and skill acquisition programs.
She has a staff of 11 that carrying out her plans.
Her company is also contracted by the Palm
Beach County School District to conduct
Functional Behavior Assessments.

Australia.
She is a Board Certified Behavior
Analyst, and received her undergraduate
degree at Western Michigan University
and her Masters Florida State University,
specializing in Organizational Behavior.
She currently consults in health care

power and steel industries. Jess gained
