Conducting Unit, Sanity, GUI, Re-testing, Regression, Ad hoc, System, Smoke, Functional, Integration & Browser Compatibility
testing and carrying out Manual Testing based on BVA & ECP
Working in close relation with Software Developers for discussing issues related to functionality and for the suggestions/plans
to improve the quality of the product
Documenting, tracking, and communicating bugs, process enhancements, analysis and unresolved problems
Good Exposure on Web Services API Testing using SOAP UI Functional tool & Java Eclipse.
Good Knowledge on the Automation tool using QTP.
Good knowledge in writing the SQL queries.

Role:
Acting QA Test Lead in a banking projects & products
Ensuring division of tasks among testers and overlooking activities undertaken by them
Analyzing incident or production defect, interpreting problem and initiating measures for prompt solution
Preparing RCA report on the defects logged and advising the Developers, Project and Delivery Managers about the impact of
the defect
Conducting QC on TMs, TCs and executing cases. Circulate QC report on daily and weekly basis with appropriate graph to
depict the application quality parameters.
Working as a team member responsible for Manual Testing for all the projects of Eurobase Base version of Prepaid Application
Raising effective clarifications and following the same with Client Relationship Managers and Implementation Managers.
Preparing scenarios (positive and negative) as per the requirements provided
Escalating faults in line with set procedures to the correct support agency and resolving the problem in a timely manner
without affecting business
Ascertaining that all system requirements are met for new migrations in co-ordination with the Project Leader
Managing and resolving defects/issues and communicating users & senior management when individual & global defects
occur/ take place
Handling testing of the projects as instructed and ensuring that the project schedules are strictly followed so that they are
completed as agreed
Rendering support to EuroBase Base version of Prepaid Application for Client User Acceptance Testing with the support of my
quality team as a Quality leads and Test planner.
Accountable for client relationship management call on regular or weekly basis, updating the status of the projects with the
outstanding issues and discussing the timelines for completion of the task
Communicating & sending daily and weekly status e-mails to the Project Leader, Implementation manager and Delivery
Manager.
