Evidence to be shown for registration

For submitting for a registration as Paperless E-Customs Broker

submit only page 1 and 2, with the following documents:


(1) A copy of Identification Card, Alien Registration Paper or Passport for foreigner, or other
cards of the authorized signatory issued by the government official, certified as true copy.
If passport cannot be provided, a certification of passport, certified by a trustworthy
Notary Public, issued for not more than 6 months and certified as true copy, shall be used
instead.
(2) A copy of Certificate of Partnership from Bangkok or Provincial Office of the Partnership
Registration, issued for not more than 6 months prior to the date of submission. In case
the Juristic Person is registered abroad where it cannot submit a certificate, an evidence
of registration as foreign Juristic Person, certified by a trustworthy Notary Public, issued
for not more than 6 months and certified as true copy, shall be used instead.
(3) A copy of Tax Identification Card or Value Added Tax (VAT) Registration Paper
(Phor.Phor20) or an Application for the Amendment to VAT Registration, issued by the
Revenue Department (Phor.Phor.09), certified as true copy.
(4) A copy of Savings Account Passbook or Bank Statement identifying savings account,
name, address, branch and type of account of the opening bank under the name of the
company, partnership, or shop, and certified by such bank, as well as showing the
statement for not more than 6 months prior to the date of submission (in case desirous
of having the bank paid taxes and duties and/or receiving tax compensation).
(5) Additional documents to be submitted, in case of the following:
(5.1)
In case the company or partnership requires that signing must be
done by the companys or partnerships common seal, a copy of common
seal certificate of the company (BorOrChor.3) or partnership (HorSor.4),
certified as true copy, shall be provided.
(5.2)
In case the Ordinary Partnership, it shall provide a copy of
Certificate of Commerce, An Agreement Establishing Ordinary Partnership
from the Ministry of Commerce, a copy of Tax Identification Card or VAT
Registration Paper (Phor.Phor 20) issued by the Revenue Department,
certified as true copies.

(5.3)

In case of shop, it shall provide a copy of Certificate of Commerce

from the Ministry of Commerce, a copy of Tax Identification Card or VAT


Registration Paper (Phor.Phor 20), certified as true copies.
(5.4)
In case the directors must jointly sign, all directors shall jointly
sign and provide a copy of Identification Card or passport (only for
foreigner) of the authorized signatory, certified as true copies. If passport
cannot be provided, a certification of passport, certified by a trustworthy
Notary Public, issued for not more than 6 months and certified as true
copy, shall be used instead.
(5.5)
In case of representative office, it shall provide a copy of Foreign
Business License under the Foreign Business Act B.E. 2542, with the
Power of Attorney, certified by a trustworthy Notary Public (in case not
having named a business manager), certified as true copies.
(5.6)
In case of cooperative, charity, school, it shall provide a copy of
establishment registration, power of attorney, list of directors (if any), bylaws, and Tax Identification card under the name of cooperative, charity or
school, certified as true copies.
(5.7)
In case of joint venture, it shall provide a joint venture agreement.
If the contract is made in foreign language, there shall be a Thai translation
from the trustworthy translating institution, and a copy of power of
attorney (in case not having named a business manager), certified as true
copies.
