ORDER
Before this Court is the Information filed by the Assistant
Laoag City Prosecutor against accused BUT CHILLER, for committing
the crime of MURDER.
After personally evaluating the voluminous record of this
case, the Court finds the existence of probable cause against the
accused BUT CHILLER for committing the crime of MURDER. The Court
takes note of the affidavit of the private complainant KIN CHEW,
pointing to the complicity the accused.
WHEREFORE, premises considered, let a WARRANT OF ARREST be
issued against accused BUT CHILLER for committing the crime of
MURDER. Considering that the penalty imposable for the crime is
life imprisonment, NO BAIL is recommended for the temporary
liberty of the accused.
