damage, it shall be reported promptly to the proper authority, when necessary, guard it.

(b) If ignition has not taken place 5 sec after the fuel appears at the burner, fuel shall be
shut off, the valves closed, and the furnace purged for 5 min.

misfired charge should never be drilled out instead it is to be re-fired by a person
qualified in the use of explosives, or another hole should be started at least 1 foot away
