TERMS and CONDITIONS for entry into the Westerly BMW and MINI March 2015 Prize

Draw competition
*1. Open to residents of the Channel Islands, Isle of Man and the United Kingdom aged 18
and over. Employees and their immediate families of Helston Garages Ltd (the Promoter)
and associated companies, their agents,or anyone professionally connected with this draw
are excluded from entry. Only one entry per car purchased, per household, no bulk or thirdparty entries. All entrants must be at least 18 years old on date of entry.
2. Entry is gained by purchasing a new BMW or MINI from the stock of a Westerly BMW or
Westerly MINI retailer in Barnstaple, Bridgwater, Dorchester, Exeter or Yeovil between 00:01
on 6.3.15 and 17:00 on 28.3.15 and taking delivery of said BMW or MINI prior to 18:00 on 31
March 2015.
3. Start date for competition entry is 6.3.15. The Promoter requires a minimum of 48 hours to
prepare vehicles for delivery and may not be able to deliver cars quicker than this which may
effect eligibility.
4. First prize is 5,000 and there are five runners up prizes of 250 each. The winner and
runners up may be required to submit valid identification before receiving their prize.
5. No alternative to the prize will be offered and the prize is not transferable.
6. An independent person will draw at random the winning entry from all entries received.
The winner will be notified by telephone or email within 7 days of the closing date. The prize
may be withdrawn from the said winner and a new winner drawn if the prize is not accepted
within 10 days of notification.
7. The Promoters decision in respect of all matters to do with the promotion will be final and
no correspondence will be entered into. Entry implies acceptance of these rules.
8. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value should
circumstances make this necessary.
9. The Promoter reserves the right to exclude any entries which they believe to be fraudulent
or based on misconduct.
10. The winners name and county will be available 28 days after closing date by sending a
stamped addressed envelope to Head of Business, Westerly Exeter, Matford Park Road,
Marsh Barton, Exeter EX2 8FD.
11. This prize draw is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with
Twitter or Facebook and neither Twitter or Facebook shall be liable in any way whatsoever to
the Participants. Furthermore, any questions, comments or complaints regarding the
Competition will be directed only to the Promoter.
12. This promotion and these terms are governed by English law and subject to the
exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
