Fees and Penalties
Prepayment Fee
Within Initial Period, Prepayment Fee for full prepayment or partial prepayment is 1.5% of amount
prepaid
No Prepayment Fee is payable for full prepayment or partial prepayment after Initial Period
Breakage Fee
After Initial Period, for full prepayment or partial prepayment made on the expiry date of an
Interest Period, no Breakage Fee is payable
After Initial Period, for full prepayment or partial prepayment made on any date other than the
expiry date of an Interest Period, Breakage Fee is 0.50% of amount prepaid
Reimbursement Fee
Proportionate reimbursement of the legal subsidy and cash reward (if any) will be required for any
partial prepayment within Reimbursement Period
Reimbursement of the legal subsidy, cash reward (if any) and valuation fee for full prepayment
within Reimbursement Period less any Reimbursement Fee previously paid
"Initial Period" means the period commencing from the date of first disbursement of the Term Loan and ending 2 years
thereafter. After the Initial Period, the tenure of the loan will be divided into successive periods (Interest Period). The duration
of each Interest Period will be the same as the SIBOR reference period chosen.
"Reimbursement Period" means the period commencing from the date of first disbursement of the Term Loan and ending 3
years thereafter.

The interest rate quoted to you is benchmarked against the Singapore Interbank Offered Rate ("SIBOR")/SWAP mid rate.
Accordingly, the interest rate quoted to you is indicative and is subject to any fluctuations in SIBOR/SWAP mid rate. The
effective interest rate in respect of your loan will be set out in the Banks facility letter to you and will be computed based on the
applicable SIBOR/SWAP mid rates on the specified reference date(s) and shall include any other pricing component which will
vary according to your home loan package. The Bank is not required to give you advance notice of the SIBOR/SWAP mid rates
which are applicable to your loan.
You may request for a loan repayment schedule based on your choice of loan package. Alternatively, you may retrieve the loan
repayment information at www.citibank.com.sg
Please note that a copy of The Association of Banks in Singapore (ABS) Guide on Home Loan is available upon request. We
recommend that you read the ABS Guide before committing to your Home Loan. The ABS Guide is also available at
www.mas.gov.sg and www.abs.org.sg in four (4) official languages.
