G 32 with EliTeCompactSet and Rieter

P3-1 guide arm

Rieters G 32 ring spinning machine can

be equipped with EliTeCompactSet for
compact spinning applications. The wellknown EliTeCompactSet and Rieters
cost-efficient ring spinning technology
of G 32 with the Rieter P3-1 guide arm
have been combined to achieve high value compact yarn quality on a reasonable
investment cost. Rieters benchmarking
standards in energy saving, low noise
emission and reduced maintenance, are
the salient feature of this machine in addition to consistent high-quality yarn
production.
ECONOMY

Cost-efficient solutions reduce the

investment costs per kilogram yarn and
thereby increase the economy in ring
spinning.
The machine is up to 1 440 spindles
long and has a modular construction.
Consequently, the costs for machines,
buildings and climatic conditions are low.
The yarn production costs are reduced
due to high production and low energy
consumption.

Genious EliTop to drive the lattice apron

QUALITY

The mill-proven Ri-Q-Draft drafting

arrangement with pneumatically loaded
guide arm and the Ri-Q-Bridge for
superior spinning conditions form solid
basis for producing high-quality yarn
consistently.
Novibra spindles and Brcker rings also
contribute largely to achieve optimum
spinning results. Advanced feature
like SERVOgrip totally eliminates yarn
underwinding and thereof appreciably
reduces fiber fly.
Machine functions such as spindle drive,
drafting arrangement, ROBOload and
travelling cleaner are centrally displayed
and controlled via the machine display.
This secures quality control of the spinning process.
FLEXIBILITY

The G 32 ring spinning machine with

EliTe is suitable for all conventional ring
and compact yarns from Ne 12 to 160.
The compact system is removable within
a shift; re-installation does not take more
than 2 shifts.
Alternatively the G 32 with EliTe
can be equipped with Suessens ACP
(active cradle with pin spacer for P3-1
guide arm), also in combination with
Suessens HP-GX 3 010 top guide arm.
