FO: Fasten Off (I do a slip stitch to reduce bulk and then cut)

Notes: This pattern is done in a spiral using common amigurumi style. There are
two different hook sizes for this pattern. Each body part is labeled accordingly.
Materials:
* 4 ply worsted weight yarn in the following colours: white, orange, medium to
dark brown, and black.
* 12 mm Safety eyes or buttons
* 4.25 mm (G) Hook and a 5.0 mm (H) Hook
* Fibre fill for stuffing
* Stitch marker
* Black and white felt for mouth
* Scissors and needle for sewing and trimming

**to make the fingers**
DO NOT fasten off! CH4 SC in 2nd CH from hook and the next two CH. SC in next
stitch. Repeat this 2 more times for 3 fingers. FO sew the opening closed to get a
more stick fingers look.

HAIR Long Piece: *G Hook*--make 1brown yarnCH 20
1. SC in 2nd CH from hook and every CH proceeding CH1 (does not count as SC)
and turn (19)
2. FLO SC in each stitch CH1 and turn (19)
3. Fold your work in half length-wise like a hot dog bun. Slip stitch through Front
Loop of row and beginning chain row to sew together for 19 Slip stitches and then
FO. If this is complicated, you can Fasten off after row two and sew the two
edges together. Be sure to leave a tail to fasten on the head.

HAIR Short Piece: *G Hook*--make 2brown yarnCH 16


1. SC in 2nd CH from hook and every CH proceeding CH1 (does not count as SC)
and turn (15)
2. FLO SC in each stitch CH1 and turn (15)
3. Fold your work in half length-wise like a hot dog bun. Slip stitch through Front
Loop of row and beginning chain row to sew together for 15 Slip stitches and then
FO. If this is complicated, you can Fasten off after row two and sew the two
edges together. Be sure to leave a tail to fasten on the head.

ASSEMBLY:
For main body parts: Be sure to stuff well. Sew the head to the chest matching
the 18 SC to 18 SC openings. To sew the Tummy to the Chest, use the remaining
loops of 24 from the Back Loop Only stitches of the chest. Sew your legs to the
bottom of the Tummy. Arms are attached to the side of the Chest about midcenter. Attach one button to chest and two to the tummy.
Head configuration: The nose should sit on the bridge higher up and centered.
Eyes go, of course, on either side and above the nose. Attach 3 hairs with long
piece in center of head and the two shorter ends on opposing sides.
For the mouth: Cut out a piece of black felt shaped like a Soft tipped V and add
a piece of white felt for teeth.
Eyebrows: Using brown thread, stitch over each eye their respective bushiness
required.
