Introduzione al docente
New Inside Grammar si presta ad essere
adoperata in maniera flessibile dal livello post
beginner fino al livello upper intermediate,
corrispondenti ai livelli A1 a B2 del Common
Framework of Reference, una grammatica
pratica, di facile consultazione rivolta
specificamente agli studenti italiani.
Larticolazione su tre livelli di difficolt
Fondamenti (A1-A2) PET (A2-B1) e FCE (B2)
intermediate B1; successivamente ulteriori unit
dedicate a FCE, a sfondo rosso,
di approfondimento fino al livello upper
intermediate - B2.
Tale suddivisione permette lutilizzo di tutta la
prima sezione B1/PET nel primo biennio della
scuola secondaria di secondo grado; mentre
lutilizzo della sezione B2/FCE potr avvenire
negli anni successivi.
particolare importanza allo studente italiano
grazie ai molti esempi di grammatica contrastiva
che mettono in evidenza le differenze
e le similitudini fra le due lingue. Inoltre, una
nuova sezione Traduzione, focalizza lattenzione

I riepiloghi posizionati in maniera sistematica
affrontati. In aggiunta a questo, inseriti a
conclusione di ogni sezione, esercizi sommativi
che ricapitolano sempre dallinizio del libro,
supporteranno i docenti nella fase di fissaggio
delle strutture grammaticali e lessicali.
Le attivit di ripasso sopra citate comprendono
anche esercizi per la preparazione degli esami
Cambridge ESOL PET e FCE.
transformations-Part 6 di Reading and Writing
del Preliminary English Test (PET)- riproposte
a livello pi alto in Use of English del First
Certifi cate in English (FCE). Tali prove
costituiscono lelemento grammaticale pi
orale dellinglese efficace, colloquiale e reale.

Introduzione al docente

Il nuovo CD ROM, che

accompagna il libro dello
studente, permette di ripassare
ed esercitarsi sulla grammatica
e il lessico in un contesto
divertente e interattivo,
con esercizi di multiple choice,
dialoghi e brani da completare.
Il CD ROM contiene anche una
sezione dedicata allascolto
e alla pronuncia con una funzione
che permette di registrare
la propria voce e confrontarla
con un madrelingua.
Nella guida sono fornite
36 Quick Tests fotocopiabili che
si possono utilizzare velocemente
per controllare lapprendimento
degli studenti.
I 20 Full Tests da fotocopiare
potranno essere impiegati
come prove pi approfondite
e complete, in quanto
comprendono anche attivit
di ascolto e scrittura.
Tutti i test sono modificabili
in formato Word.

When John walked in to the

living room at 6.30 p.m., Sue
and Martie were playing cards
and Billy was reading. Suddenly,
at 6.30 p.m., they all heard a
gunshot and ran outside. At 6.37
p.m., they all saw an injured
person on the ground. While Sue
and Martie were trying to help,
Billy phoned the police and John

started looking for the gunman.

At 6.40 p.m., Billy realised that
John wasnt there and started to
look for him with Sue. The police
arrived. Billy and Sue heard a
car and returned to the injured
person and Martie. Suddenly,
at 6.47 p.m., they realised that
Martie wasnt there. At 6.48 p.m.,
while they were reporting events
to the police, they heard a noise
and turned around. A gunman
was pointing a gun at them.
