hurt them; they shall lay hands on the sick, and they shall recover.

J t happened during a 52-day ministry tour to South and Central
Africa, that while I was in prayer I received a Vision from God. In a
Vision the Lord showed me an enormous broom descend down from
Heaven, and with one purging stroke swept away all the sickness and
disease from an entire hospital ward that was overflowing with
diseased and dying people.
Several days later while I was with a group of believers, I felt led
to share my Vision about seeing the enormous broom sweeping away
sickness and disease. Among the group there were two young women
in their early twenties who were sitting across from me. Suddenly while
I was sharing my Vision the women began to sob and weep. I asked
them why they were crying, and they explained that they were Critical
Care nurses who worked at a hospice hospital in South Africa. They
said they became nurses to heal and comfort people who were sick.
But that now whenever they try and comfort their patients all they do
is just get worse or die. They told me they had been praying that the
Lord would send a man of God who would come and pray for their sick
patients. So they asked me if I would accompany them to their hospital
on the following day to pray for the sick. I agreed!

Putting my Faith Vision into action literally changed the
course of my entire life, as it forced open the Vision that God gave
me to suddenly gush forth and develop into healing streams.
On the following day, I went to the Critical Care Hospice Ward and
prayed for their sick patients. Many of the sick and dying patients were
right away snatched out from the fiery jaws of death, saved and
completely healed. Some of the patients who had been confined to a
hospital bed for several months immediately got up and left the
hospital on the following day... Silver or gold I do not have, but what I
do have I give you. In the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, walk.
Taking him by the right hand, he helped him up, and instantly the mans
feet and ankles became strong. He jumped to his feet and began to
walk. Then he went with them into the temple courts, walking and
leaping, and praising God. (Acts 3:6-8)

After that I directly went to Malawi, Africa where I met Cedric

Whayo, Overseer of CHURCH ON THE ROCK. I told him of my Vision and
about what just happened in South Africa, and he also began to weep.
He told me that for years he has tried to get his Church members to go
and pray for the sick, but that they didnt seem interested. I asked him
if I could come on the following Sunday and invite the members of his
Church to join me in praying for the sick at Queen Elizabeth Hospital.
He agreed.
That following Friday evening a small group of Christian believers
gathered together at the Pastors home to have all-night prayer on
November 26, 2004. And in ONE ACCORD IN UNITY AND FAITH we prayed for
the Divine appointment to heal the sick as it is promised in Mark 16.

Each one prayed until all were endued with Dunamis Power which
became confirmed by the presence of the Holy Spirit active and alive with
authority to crush dominions of darkness and heal the sick. The hospital
that we prayed over and were about to visit was one of Africas largest
called Queen Elizabeth in Malawi, Africa. On the day that we prayed for
the sick, the hospital and its staff fully expected us to lay hands on the
sick as described in Mark 16:17-18. And welcomed our faith to come and
heal the sick in Jesus name.
On leaving the Pastors home ten people followed me to go pray for
the sick. Arriving at Queen Elizabeth we were thoroughly screened and
then escorted under heavy armed guard to the most Critical Hospice
Care Wards of the hospital where AIDS, cancer and other unknown
incurable diseases were all waiting for us there. Several people in the
Critical Care Wards had malaria, yellow fever, tuberculosis or leprosy.
While others were so sick that they could only be listed as terminally ill.
Every Ward was completely jammed packed and littered with sick
and dying people that were sprawled out everywhere. As many as one
hundred people were packed into one tiny Ward. Single beds held two or
more people to a bed with mats on the floor stuck in between rows of
beds for the patients who could not even get a bed. Others tucked away
beneath beds as if they were somehow forgotten. The nurse in charge
told us that it was common for six people to die each and every night in
these critical care wards. And that it had become standard procedure
each morning for her to collect the people who had died on the previous
night. However several days later she told us that on the night after we
prayed and laid hands on the sick that no one in her ward died. She said
it truly was a miracle and invited us to come back to teach their nurses.

Making our rounds we visited each patient going from bed to bed
giving each person time to hear and receive the Good News of Jesus
Christ. We then asked each person to repent of their sin, proclaiming
that the kingdom of God was here preaching repentance and forgiveness.
We encouraged all of the sick that Jesus Christ is the same yesterday,
today and forever. And that if they put their faith in Him that BY HIS
STRIPES they too would be healed. We told them that we came to pray
for them, but that they must first place their faith in God and fully
believe that Jesus died for their sins. Moreover to fully believe that Jesus
Christ still heals today! We went through each critical care hospice ward
going from bed to bed in pairs of two, asking people their afflictions and
what they wanted Jesus to do for them. We pleaded for each one to
repent of their sins and to ask God for forgiveness from their heart
because unrepented sin and unforgiveness cause sickness and death. We
had not yet seen any major healings from our preaching.
After ministering for the entire day we were ready to leave the
hospital. When I spotted the body of a young man in the farthest
corner of the Terminal Care Ward that lay completely still. My first
thought after seeing the isolated body lying there all alone was that he
was dead. But as soon as I got up closer the young man suddenly
opened up jaundice eyes and slowly gazed in my direction. The young
man was very sick and in the final stages of Tuberculosis and was on
his deathbed. He ran a super high fever and his eyes were dirty yellow
with hepatitis. His body being tormented in pain was locked-up and he
could not move from the terminal disease. His lungs were so infected
with tuberculosis that they were not visibly moving. He complained to
me through a whispering faint cry that his lungs and body hurt.

My translator and I took authority over the high fever and
immediately the fever left him. Then seemingly without hesitation his
dirty yellow jaundice eyes cleared to white. Once the high fever broke
the boy was now able to speak to us. He was glad that we had come to
visit him and told us the story about how he was once a Bible student,
but that he had gotten misdirected in sin by the things of world. After
the Lord revealed several of the strongholds and bondages in the young
mans life, we asked him to renounce all the Sin in his life and to reject
the power of the devil. We then took authority over the dominion of
Satans power that ruled over the boys condition and we drove out the
devil. Moreover we cursed the angel of death and the principality that
was sitting directly over him. Upon Jesus approval of the young mans
confession he was totally set free and delivered from Satans power.
Ready now to impart the healing of the Lord, we began to pray for
his infected lungs. The Lord instructed me to tell the young man that
Jesus wanted to give him brand-new lungs. We all agreed and believed
in faith and then we laid hands on his chest, and I said to him now
breathe. But he said he could not, and we encouraged him to try
anyway. At first he could take only shallow breaths of air, until finally
he could take full breaths of air with his brand-new lungs. I asked him
if his lungs hurt anymore, and he said No, not at all. But he
complained that his right foot hurt. When I pulled back the bed sheet
his right ankle and foot were totally swollen. His ankle was so huge
that he could not even wiggle his foot. It looked completely gross. We
then placed our hands on his foot, and looking sternly at his swollen
ankle, in faith, fully believing that God was going to intervene I
commanded that his foot be made whole in Jesus name. Immediately,
right before my eyes his swollen foot shrunk back to normal. I looked
over at my African translator but he said, I SAW IT, TOO!

I told the boy to move his foot, but just like what happened with
his brand-new lungs he said he could not. I told him to have faith and
to begin to thank God and for him to move his foot. Suddenly he could
move his foot freely. I asked him, does it hurt now? He said, no, not at
all. I then told him to sit up in bed but he could not because he was
too weak. So we prayed for his weak, feeble body. And while we all
stretched out our hands, I reached down my hand and squeezing his
hand I pulled him up. Immediately God gave him new strength. I then
told him to get out of bed. He finally managed to get to his feet on his
own strength slowly. He said that he had not been out of bed for
several months. I asked him if standing on his foot caused him pain,
but he said no theres no pain. I then told him to walk and held out my
hands staying close by his body in case he suddenly collapsed. But to
everyones amazement he kept walking straight and strong.
We walked slowly out into the main part of the hospital ward
where we had previous prayed for all the sick people that were still full
of sick people, who earlier had received the Good News of Jesus Christ
and repented of sin. I told all those people who were sick that just a
few moments ago even while you were lying here sick that this young
boy who was lying on his deathbed, was about to die. And that Jesus
heard his cry and has raised him up. I then said: WHO AMONG YOU
NOW WILL RECEIVE FROM JESUS YOUR OWN HEALING. You could
hear people cry out through the wards of the hospital and in every
corridor, saying: I WANT WHAT THAT BOY GOT. The sound of people
crying out unto the Lord lasted for several minutes. It all happened
while the young boy who once was sick testified to all of the other sick
people about how Jesus had raised him up. That was when -spontaneous healing broke-out among the sick all over the
hospital and in every ward we had visited?

Two days later we returned to the hospital to find empty beds
where the terminally sick and diseased had previously laid just one day
before. The nurse told us that many of her patients were healed, but
that others were still sitting in their beds demanding from the doctors
that they be discharged from the hospital. They said they were healed,
and they did not want to be here in the hospital with these sick people
anymore. In fact the Critical Care Ward where the boy was completely
healed of TB and later walked as a testimonial of healing that his Ward
was completely cleared out of sick and dying patients. For indeed a
miracle truly has happened. Praise God!
I am the Lord that Healith you. Exodus 15:26
This is the eyewitness report of the Lord performing hundreds
of miracles and of the testimonies that were given by doctors,
nurses and patients. This happened over a one-week period from
November 27, 2004 to Dec 1, 2004 and is continuing
throughout Africa today.
OUR PRAYERS OF FAITH ARE ANSWERED
Joseph Chaddock has ministered in over 21 nations of the
world. In 2005 he returned back to Africa to bring Healing
Streams to other hospitals throughout Central and South
Africa. Again more miracles followed But in 2008 his
ministry suddenly and abruptly was shut up and closed.
In 2006 Joseph Chaddock was called to the Philippines,
where while doing ministry and serving the Lord he was
wrongly and falsely accused of a felony. And that just like
what happened with Biblical Joseph, Joseph Chaddock is
also completely innocent. But it took 7 years and 14 Court
trials in the Philippines for him to become vindicated. Now, in
2015 Joseph is fully restored.

Isnt it true then, that, Jesus Christ IS the same yesterday, today
and forever? And that He still yearns today to do increasingly more in
our lives than ever before. That through Him we truly can do all things!
Even today the risen Christ reaches out to the modern-day thief
on the cross who hangs on their own cross. Whose life hangs in the
balance without the strength to break free from the strongholds of the
sickness of sin? Many of the people dying in our hospitals today are
just like the ones that God healed in Malawi, Africa. But without True
Liberty they never will become free to receive eternal life. Jesus is not
willing that any perish and is ready and wants right now to welcome
every repentant sinner directly into His kingdom.

The sad truth is that the modern-day thief on the cross has put off
receiving God up until the very last possible moment, gambling that
they will yet see another tomorrow. Thinking theres still time to repent
and believe who makes Heaven wait. But God never promises us a
tomorrow to repent. In fact Jesus says, I COME LIKE A THIEF IN THE
NIGHT. The modern-day thief on the cross hangs upon a cross which is
made of their own circumstance and desperately needs to hear the
invitation of Christ, today. The modern-day thief on the cross does not
have the luxury of a tomorrow. For them tomorrow is simply too late.
We must reach them today, by faith, to tell each modern-day thief on
the cross all about Jesus.

But who will tell them? Who will go and lay hands on the sick
that they might recover? Who will tell those that are ready to die right
now in the hospitals today that without Christs forgiveness they go
straight to an eternal Hell. Which of us have forgotten that we too were
once just like the thief on the cross the ones whom Jesus saved?

THE EMPIRICAL MIRACLE

As Christians, we must never forget that we have been granted
exceeding great favor from the highest supreme authority -- the Most
High God. And that He commands us TODAY to go into hospitals and
heal the sick. How will they know unless they are told, and how can
they be told unless someone is sent? (Rom 10:14). And I heard the
voice of the Lord, saying, Whom shall I send, and who will go for Us?
Then I said; (Hineni) here am I, send me! Isaiah 6:8
I am expressly thankful to God for the privilege of being able to go
to the hospitals (in Africa) and reach people to tell them about Jesus
before they die in the condition of their sin. For me that is exactly
where I want to live each and every day. That is why I have personally
made the choice to always be ready to be used by God and GO where
ever He calls me, no matter where it takes me. It is my prayer and
dedication to continue to raise-up International Healing Teams that
have Christ-boldness who will go to the utter ends of the earth to tell
every modern-day thief on the cross that Jesus died for them. That they
too can have healing and forgiveness from sin and receive freely the gift
of eternal life.
Since returning from Africa, God has placed in my heart the
passion to start ICanHeal.org, an International Jubilee Healing
Ministry. Until my troubles happened to me in the Philippines, I fully
intended to train up mainstream denominational Churches how to use
the principles of faith found in Mark 16:17-18. Moreover I am happy
now to resume this Commissioning and to re-start the International
Christian Association of Nurses Network, ICANN to train up
Christian nurses that will impart Biblical principles of Mark 16, so that
they too can lay hands on their sick patients.

One-day in the not too distant future, we will see more than just
a few Hospital Wards cleared out, but ENTIRE HOSPITALS. My desire
is that doctors, hospitals and their administrators will no longer be
able to discount the Biblic
Biblical claim found in Mark 16:17-18.

boldly proclaim that Jesus heals today. For
For all things are possible with
God; and all things are possible to those who believe

My hope is that people
people, including professionals in the medical
field, will no longer look at Jesus Christ as being the last option. But

rather that by confirming Gods word to this world through by the
working of miracle, and signs and wonder that they too will accept
Jesus Christ as being the clear-choice leader and only option for
supernatural healing.
What we are talking about then would ultimately become the
reinventing and new practice of modern health care as we know and
experience it today. It is for the express purposes of returning society
back to the Biblical view and values as God intends for humanity.

ABOUT THE AUTHOR

Joseph P. Chaddock is a different style of missionary who, in addition to hosting
outreaches of love and compassion, has contributed programs that address many of our

hard that he could barely crawl, and he begged for GOD to take him home. Previously
treated for years for an acute kidney defect, Joseph had already undergone over 20
surgeries. But believing that his doctors had finally cured him, his health once again
deteriorated when he was diagnosed as bi-polar, manic depressive and suicidal. But that
was just the beginning of a myriad of many life-threatening diseases and much more pain.
In 1999 after Joseph was totally healed, he was ordained as a minister of the Gospel of
Jesus Christ. He was then commissioned on the Mount of Olives in Jerusalem, Israel.
In 2004 he became an Associate Pastor for a large African Church, RCCG. He is a skilled
writer who has authored numerous books including, BETWEEN HEAVEN AND HELL; UNVEILING
THE DOMINION OF MAN; GOD AND YOU? - I FELL FROM THE BIG NUT TREE, JESUS CHRIST: THE
