ADM BUILDING

Front margin of the building should be kept minimum 50m.
v
Such buildings should be as far as possible on high ground.
v
Approach road should be two way with a median. Avenue plantation must be
made along with approach road.
v
Parking spaces must be provided to the sides or the back.
v
Building should as far as possible follow symmetry within main VIP entrance
at the centre. Additional entrances must be made from the rear and sides for
the different category of pers coming to the building.
v
Whenever three storey bldg is planned, lift may be catered as a special item.
v
The main car porch should be able to hold at least two cars.
v
The entrance lobby should be sufficiently large enough.
v
The entrance door should be between 2 to 2.5m wide.
v
Each entrance must have ramps so that physically handicapped persons can
enter the building without any difficulty.
