PARTICULAR
1 Excavation in all kinds of soil, wet or dry, in loose and slushy condition,soft and
hard murum,and boulders,soling,debris etc. (including obtaining permission of
Govt. authority and paying fees/royalty etc) to the required level for
foundations, trenches pits, rafts, plinths, plinth area leveling, etc.; to required
depth from existing ground level including stacking sutaible earth for backfilling
within site and disposing off surplus excavated material within the site or out of
premises as per direction of the PM. as designated by local authority & as per
their rules/norms, using mechanical / electrical means such as poclain, JCB,
rock breaker, chisel tools, compressor, dumper, dozers etc. bailing/pumping out
water to keep the site dry at all times making temporary stepping / sloping,
shoring with planking, strutting, sectioning, trimming, dressing of sides,
leveling or grading including sprinkling of water
cleaning, removing and
excavating loose pockets and consolidating them by backfilling as directed.

Item shall also include covering the carting/loaded vehicle with

plastic/tarpauline so as to avoid fall and spread of any excavated material on
road, cleaning vehicle tyres before moving out of site, maintaining records,
include obtaining permission of Govt. authority and paying fees/royalty if any
etc. all leads lifts and depths/ height complete to the satisfaction of the PM.

2 CONCRETE WORK

Providing, machine mixing and laying designed mix reinforced cement concrete
(RCC) in sub and superstructure in Square / Rectangular / Circular / sloping
shapes for columns,footings,rafts, beams, slabs, lintels, chhajas, staircase
waist slab and steps, walls & pardi, Architectural decorative features like fins,
ribs etc., using 20 mm nominal size well-graded approved quality aggregate
and river sand as per approved design mix using approved admixtures,
minimum cement content as per IS 456-2002 or as specified by Structural
Consultant; vibrating, curing, scaffolding as required, or as specified by
Structural consultant, whichever is more and maximum water cement ratio
0.45; including using approved admixtures, vibrating / compacting, curing,
scaffolding, junctions, dewatering by pumping/ bailing out water, cleaning,
preparing surfaces, etc hacking closely surfaces to be plastered, curing, etc.
complete at all heights, levels, depths and leads.

3 MASONRY WORK
Providing and constructing uncoursed rubble masonry in sub (below plinth) and
superstructure (above plinth) of specified thickness with approved quality
stones and required through and corner stones in cement mortar in ratio of 1:6
(1 cement : 6 coarse sand) including raking out joints, flush/ groove pointing
with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand), at all leads, lifts and depths,
scaffolding, dewatering, curing etc. as per specifications and to the satisfaction
of the Architect etc. complete.
