1 Reflect on the goals you have set for this class and the project. Evaluate
your accomplishments with concrete evidences.
Reflect on your participation in the preparation process and describe how you
have contributed to the team in organizing the event and how your
contributions were evaluated by the team.
I participated in the:
1. Preparation Process
a. Prepared the project timeline;
b. Set the job description for each member;
c. Purchased the needed items;
d. Outlined the agendas for D-day;
e. Prepared the power point for presentation.
2. Event Execution
a. Became master of ceremony;
b. Leaded the game.
3. Evaluation of My Contribution;
a. Professional and (hopefully) fun at the same time.
Describe three challenges you have faced while carrying out the project. How
did you overcome the challenges? What did you learn from the experiences?
of Southeast Asia population eats while sitting on the floor the floor that is ten
times dirtier than the place we held the event. Instead of finding more chairs to
pack in the small-sized room, I had the participants to seat on the floor instead
thinking everyone could also experience the culture of Southeast Asia.
Southeast Asian sits on the floor for most of the occasions, even for the
traditional wedding. What I learned: Sometimes your chips might be
running out during the process of becoming a millionaire, but there is
always a chance for winning a jackpot and we won the jackpot.
Compare the pre-class and after-class surveys and reflect on your learning
and development.
Nothing much is different. But if I were to point out, one thing I learned (through
experience) is that when we are striving for the best, some people will definitely
follow us. And when we have a visionary goal with an ultimate resolution to
realize it, people will believe in it and realize it together with us. A visionary goal
is without limit; no matter what someones race is, no matter what someones
religion is, no matter what someones nationality is, a visionary goal will bond
people and make people strive together.
How can you connect what you have learned in this class to your future
studies or career as well as personal development?
Everything in this world goes away; your family, your friends, your money, your
health, even your own self; but one thing that never leaves is what you have
learned. Everything I have learned, they will help me in my future studies, and
they will assist me in making more appropriate decisions in my life. Everything I
have learned, they will become part of my experience that never leaves, and
the very same experience that will bring me to excel through my careers. And
whatever I have learned, they have become part of my personal development,
which is part of my very self today.
List team members who you think have contributed to the success of the
project and give them credits below.
