1. Introduction:
Elementary
properties of semiconductors types of
semiconductors intrinsic and extrinsic semiconductors p,n type semiconductors
doping of semiconductors (high level and low level) electronic band structure.
2. Carrier transport and excess carrier phenomena carrier drift drift current density
mobility effects - carrier diffusion diffusion current density total current density graded impurity distribution effect of non-uniform impurity concentration -carrier
