serial number is 16/20 digits and first two digits of serial number should start with
21/03/02.
1 if yes, please send same serial number for RMA generation;
2 if no, before RMA generation, please send clear snap shots (from different
directions) to Huawei to identify the correct part number;

Please use proper packing (ESD Foam, ESD BAG & 5 ply carton box) as per
weight & size of faulty card to avoid physical damage risk during the
transportation.

Please clearly mention the RMA number on faulty unit box and on
dispatch challan/gate pass/ Performa invoice. Faulty units received
without RMA number reference will be returned back to consignor or SLA
would not be counted for such case.

Please attach copy of Service Application form/ Fault tag along-with faulty
unit for faster repair and return.

Huawei request not to request RMA for visually evident Water damages,
Burnt cases, Physical damage cases. If any Unit found with such faulty will
be immediately returned after visual inspection at warehouse or testing
at Repair Centre on TO PAY basis to sender.

Please send faulty parts within 7 days once getting RMA number;
otherwise RMA would automatically cancelle frome PSDS within 15 days .

Agre SLA would not be applicable for bulk RMA (>10). Such cases would
be rsolve after mutuelle agrent of rsolution time priode.
